The location was the best too close to the malls
At night sometime we where hearing noises from the cars but not that load

I love how its only 15 mins walk to the MBK and our stay was comfortable. Besides its next to a small bar where we can chill after a long day of walking.

Clean. Microwave, utensils, water filling available.
No staff seen during entire stay (expect once).
Too many (high) steps everywhere. In room, in toilet, outside room (that were not lit well causing us to trip and get hurt).
Guests flights can be at odd times so there should be someone on site to help with luggage during checkin and checkout. We had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs (no elevator).
Rain shower did not work.
We were not informed of the self-service system prior to booking. This may be something some guests like but we would have liked someone to chat and get help from on site.
No breakfast included. Yes, this is stated on the hotel page but for quite an expensive room, this should be available.
