The location was superb and the environment was quiet, it's quite amazing given how close Siam is (just 10 mins walk to the malls). The room itself was comfortable and clean, the balcony was a nice touch. Really like the cafe just beside the hotel, which opens very early.
We were disappointed by the smell of the room as soon as we arrived. The room stank as if it hasn't been aired for sometime, took time to clear as the airconditioning came on. The bathroom was a tad small given the size of the room, but something gotta give I guess. Air conditioning wasn't cold as well, so if you love sleeping in a cold room this is not the place.

Great location, generally quiet
Occasional loud noises in hallway, door slamming and jumping from floor above were a little disturbing early morning and late at night.

The location is very nice but needs to walk to the nearby malls which is something to consider if you have elderly parents with you.
The hotel is noisy. It seems that there is no walls isolation. I could hear everything in the corridor.
Reception staff needs more training to work under pressure.
Rooms have no idea on machines. We had to order two times.
The tap water has no hot water.
The shower has little hot water (not hot enough to enjoy a warm bath).
