Location, cleanliness and staff facilities. There is also a lift facility at the basement for people with special needs.
Noise pollution from train and nearby construction. My previous stay there was no construction yet. So noise from train was still tolerable.
The toilet in our room keeps flooding from the showers. It was just not a good drainage system. Need to improve.

The lady at the reception desk was super nice.
We booked room for 4 ppl but we have only 3 towels and other things (for example water,toothbrush). No one said that we should receive any welcome (paid) pack: bath duck, bath bomb and sth else- and we didnt have it. So we were not aware that we should said at the reception that spmething is missing in our room and at the check out we were accused that we used this set but we never saw it. The man at the reception was not able to even explain where the set should be placed in our room. It was not nice experience at the end. We didnt have things and we were charged for them from our deposit. I feel robbed.
