Responsive staff. Lots of touches I wasn't expecting: kettle & fridge, coffee/tea/water in room. Good location for sights of Coyoacan. I was in Catalina, a room in the back garden. It was very quiet! And I got good rest. Cozy & comfortable, I would return.
bathroom was a little small

It was a home from home and the staff were lovely. There was access to to coffee every morning and lovely courtyards in which to sit.

Location was perfect - so quiet at evening and a lovely courtyard/shared spaces, especially.

Cute but insufficient.
No elevators, no English-speaking staff on site. Tiny bath room, no common lounge area in the suite, no electrical outlet by the bed in the bedroom. The Booking.com’s filters selected the property based on my preference but failed badly.
