駒込駅東口のアザレア通りをまっすぐ進むだけで着く立地の良さと、小さいマルエツやローソン、コインランドリーが道中にあるところ。コインランドリーは21時以降200円引きなので、21時以降に行くと良し。雑居ビルの最上階なので景色がいい。電子レンジ、ポッド、シンクあり。コンロなし。
ホテル自体が狭い。客室(カプセル内)は荷物が沢山置ける棚があるが、上の段の寝返りがギシギシと聞こえるので不安。多分上の段の人は下の段以上にギシギシ音が聞こえると思う。
あとギリギリ清潔かギリギリ不潔かの間の設備。虫は見なかったが、虫がいても全然場違いではないそんな感じ。その分安いのでこの点に文句はない。
それと下がカラオケスナックなので、客の下手くそな歌が5階まで聞こえる。耳栓必須かも。

Beds were comfortable, free towels, big wash basins
Old and dirty building (there was someone who cleaned the floor and toilets very thourougly, but there were just too many nooks and crannies to clean and small cracks and gaps everywhere and the material used for furniture, floor, walls, etc was just too bad, impossible to keep it clean, not really staffs fault)

Espaces individuels plutot bien aménagés, pas plus d’une semaine par contre!!
Tres bon quartier, assez agreable et tout reste tres accessible avec la JR Line.
Toilettes et douches non mixtes, ce qui permet aux femmes de ne pas avoir a subir les gouttes de pipi laissées par les hommes.
Un frigo mais pas de cuisine? Pas meme une petite plaque de cuisson?
Serviettes qui semblaient treees usagées
Personnel absent
Tres permeable aux bruits, prevoir des bouchons d’oreilles!!!!
