Located in Leesburg, this attractive house for $125 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Located in central Florida, this 2,000 sq ft 3/2 sits on 2.5 acres on a very secluded road about 7 miles from downtown Leesburg. Beautiful Oak and Magnolia Trees are abundant providing shade and a very private setting. There are very few other houses in sight on this dead-end road. The spacious yard provides ample parking for MANY vehicles and boats/ trailers. I once had five trucks and five boats on trailers which all easily parked/maneuvered in the yard. The pole barn allows undercover parking that has a concrete floor and electric. Inside, the master bedroom/bathroom is more like a suite with a bathtub and shower that has two shower heads. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a King size bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is also a Twin bed in an additional room at the end of house which is like a second Livingroom. All bedrooms have very sizeable walk-in closets. I have a very nice Queen Size Aero blow up bed that is provided if needed. One of the couches in the living room is an oversized electric recliner with two positions that will go almost flat A Washer and Dryer are on site. The kitchen is completely stocked. Also provided are sheets, towels and extra pillows. The house has Wifi and Dish TV of which I can subscribe to specific channels if needed. This house is very close to Leesburg, The Mission Inn and Mt Dora. It is about 1 hour from Disney and one and a half hours from either the east or west coasts of Florida. Close by is the West Orange bike path that safely goes throughout the center of the state for almost a hundred miles. This path is perfect for all pedal biking, walking, running or Rollerblading, etc. Near to the house are several public boat ramps that allow access to many of the Lakes and their creeks that connect them. Close by is Ocala National Forest that is not only a state park but one that has trails for ATV's and dirt bikes. People think of Disney when they think of central Florida but there is so much more to do than just that and this house will put you right in the middle of it all. I will gladly give weekly or monthly rates if someone is interested. Rates are based on a two-person occupancy. Additional fees will be applied for reservations greater than two people. Local taxes are not included in rental rate.

This is an amazing property with plenty of room to relax. The owner is amazing and communicates well, the property well maintained and full of wildlife. Nice and tucked away for some quiet private time but close enough for all you localized needs. Highly recommended and would gladly stay again. thx!!

This a great house for any occasion. My son and I were there for a bass tournament. It can sleep many people and plenty of parking. You don't have to worry about not finding a spot to park.

We stayed here for a high school fishing tournament on Harris chain and loved it! It's very relaxing and comfortable. The boys were able to prepare the boat at night under the lights in the pole barn. The owner was pleasant to talk with about the property and check in and out. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again next time we are in the area.

The listing is all that is stated and more. The parking was plentiful, allowing all 5 of our full size trucks and boats to park with zero issue. The house was spacious with plenty of room to stretch out and sleep. Actually more individuals could have stayed without being over crowded. Easy access to the lake and multiple boat ramps. Quite neighborhood. Felt my truck and boat were perfectly safe.

It was a wonderful experience. Miss Valerie contacted me as soon as i booked .and stayed in touch incase i had questions.the pictures does not do this place justice. The house was amazingly roomy and comfortable. Very clean. The pole barn served well as it will cover 2 boats if parked correctly. And plenty of well maintained yard for any kids to play in.on a scale of 1 to 10 id have to give miss valerie and her place an 11.

This is a lovely property, tucked away on a quiet street but close enough to amenities to be very convenient. The house is well-maintained; clean; everything works as intended. Kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, sheets are soft. Ample parking. Plenty of room for activities. Great spot for a family.

My adult children and I needed a place to stay for a long weekend to celebrate my father's milestone birthday. The property is quiet and clean. The house is MUCH larger on the inside than it looks. Anything that we would have needed were there and available. The property owner's communication was GREAT! We had several check-ins before our stay discussing our stay and what might be needed while we were there. By our stay, it felt like we were staying at a friends house! I cannot recommend enough - we had an excellent experience.

This house is just what we were looking for for our tournament on the Harris Chain. Plenty of room inside with all the amenities. The best part is that we were able to park 4 trucks and attached boat trailers in and around the open garage without having to unhook!! We will be back!!

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Valerie called me within minutes of my booking and gave me many helpful tips about her house and the area. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we arrived, check-in was effortless, and the house, clean and spacious. The yard looks like a park, and feels like you are in your own little world. Do not hesitate on this one. It's worth every penny!

The location was easy to find. Large lot with room for boats, cars and motorhomes. The inside was very roomy, clean and will supplied with what you need for your stay. The host Valerie Chaney was very quick about answering our questions and giving us information about the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay there for the Bassmaster Elite event. Plenty of room in the house and the parking was awesome!! Safe and secluded with tons of wildlife (turkeys) walking around in the mornings. I would highly recommend this place!

We have thourally enjoyed our stay at this tucked away property. Location is excellent with just about anything you might want right around the corner in every direction. This home was comfortable and laid out well. 2 living areas let us spread out. In one you could watch tv, in the other you could visit. This was a home that was clean and updated but very comfortable. The location was great and very convenient to Leesburg. Plenty of parking and room outside to enjoy country living.
