Located in Lugano, this lovely house for $218 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome in a peaceful oasis surrounded by a beautiful lake. Just 10 minutes by car from Lugano center. The quiet of this place, a comfortable house, and a fantastic view will help you to enjoy a great holidays. A 8Hp boat ( no driving license needed ) for max 5 peoples can be rented during your stay to fully enjoy the lake . 7 minutes walking from the house (500m) there are 2 nice public beaches surrounded by a beautiful and protected park. Ideal place for a nice swim. 3 minutes walking from the house there is a marina, ideal place to start a tour with your standup paddle. Paddle not available on place. The house has been equipped with solar panels and storage battery to make your holiday even greener and CO2 neutral.

Well-appointed house with pleasant hosts. A short walk brings you to a public park with lake access. Many locals go to swim/SUP there; my recommendation is to take beach shoes to protect you feet against the gravel.

This property was absolutely magical for our family! From the moment you arrive and throughout your entire stay, you'll want to share the view with your family and friends!
It is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with all amenities you might need. You can easily access the lake, restaurants, Lugano Center, and other locations. We took the bus everywhere without any problems. Parking is available for those who have a car. The area is perfect for biking, e-biking, walking, and dancing! Amazing! Renting a boat is even possible.
We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts! In addition to being welcoming, kind, super friendly, warm, and attentive, they also made sure that everything went smoothly.
This is the place to stay if you want a home away from home!

Stunning landscape, quiet, and great comfort
Max and Deborah's home is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac road, just above the lake, immersed in lush vegetation. Accordingly, the two large balconies offer moments of peace and beauty that are among the best you can find in this region and beyond. Max and Deborah are wonderful hosts and keep their home with great care and knowledge. The house is very beautiful, well built with generous layout, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed, and more. It is a duplex and perfect for families, with an own washer /dryer. There is a public lake swimming area in a nature preserve a few minutes by feet. Cultural events, scenic hikes, delicious restaurants and beautiful villages close by. We're so grateful for the days we spent in this stunning home and look forward to coming back in the future.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit. Wohnung sehr sauber, alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig, die Fenster und Wände dämmen Schall zusätzlich. Betten sehr gut. Können wir empfehlen.

Sehr toller Hausteil
Tolle FeEo auf 2 Stockwerken. Vermieter lebt im gleichen Haus im Hausteil nebenan. FeWo ist sauber. Küche hat Alles. Bequeme Matratzen. Gute Bettwaren.
Negativ ist der Gästeparkplatz. Dieser ist direkt neben den Fahrrädern des Vermieters. Mein Auto war am zweiten Tag an 3 Stellen an meinem Auto verkratz. Zudem hat jemand auf die Fahrzeugseite Wau geschrieben. Kostet mich ca. 1200.00 CHF. Ich habe den Schaden nicht gemeldet da ich Bedenken hatte für einen schwierigen Checkout. Trotzdem empfehle ich die Wohnung.

Traumurlaub
Die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Privatstrand sorgt für Entspannung pur. Die Räume sind gepflegt und grosszügig, die Küche ist vom Geschirr bis zu den Gewürzen gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber Max und Deborah sind für jede Frage super erreichbar. Am Privatstrand ist man fernab von jedem Stress und Touristenrummel. Braucht man doch etwas Action, Sightseeing oder Nachtleben, ist man mit dem Bus oder dem Auto schnell in Lugano. Im Ort ist es leider etwas schade, dass es an vielen Stellen keine sicheren Fusswege gibt.

Erholsame zwei Wochen
Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Max & Deborah. Wir konnten jeden Tag etwas mit den Kindern unternehmen (Wanderungen, Swissminiatur, mit dem Postauto nach Lugano, mit dem Schiff von Morcote nach Brusino, von dort mit der Seilbahn nach Serpiano). Zudem genossen wir jeden Tag den privaten Badeplatz und am Abend den wunderschönen Seeblick von der Terrasse.

Wunderschön, Erholsam und Genuss pur!
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Geräumige Wohnung, bequemes Bett, praktische Küche, super schöne Seesicht vom Balkon, ruhig, wunderbarer Platz am See mit Tisch, Grill und Steg.
Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich.
Die Informationen zur An-/Abreise wurden zeitnah kommuniziert, das Check-In verlief einwandfrei.
Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Woche verging im Flug und wir genossen jeden einzelnen Tag. Sei es am/im/auf dem See, auf Wanderungen, in den Bergen oder auf Biketouren in der Nähe.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft schön, das Haus ist super gepflegt und es befindet sich alles darin was man benötigt. Die Betten sind super bequem, man schläft sehr gut und ist am nächsten Tag gut erholt für die zahlreichen Wanderungen.
Max und Deborah sind super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und haben tolle Tips da sie sehr ortskundig sind.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können jedem nur empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen.

Erholsame Woche in schöner Umgebung
Wir haben sehr erholsame Ferien in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig, es war ausreichend Platz für unsere 4-köpfige Familie vorhanden. Der Seeblick von den Balkonen ist wunderschön und wir haben die Ruhe genossen.
Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aller Art in der Umgebung.

Schöne Lage oberhalb des Sees
Schöne Lage mit super Aussicht auf den Luganersee.Sauber und zweckmässig,Badezimmer neu renoviert.
Betten sehr bequem und ruhig zum schlafen.
Wohnzimmersofa und Esstisch/Stühle sehr unbequem,leider alles billige Ikeamöbel,was schade ist,da die Wohnung sonst sehr schön ist.
Grosse Fensterfront,jedoch kann man die Fenster nicht schliessen,wenn mal auf der Terrasse sitzt,was dann zur Folge hat,dass es rasch sehr kalt wird im Wohnzimmer.(17 Grad)
Heizung wird nur eingeschalten wenn man sagt,dass es zu kalt ist in der Wohnung,schade,ist ja nicht gerade günstig.Mussten dann das Cheminee anheizen.
Der Privatplatz am See war sehr ungepflegt,oder noch nicht vom Winterschlaf befreit.
Beim Herd gingen nur die beiden hintere
Kochfelder.
Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt mit der tollen Aussicht sehr schön und die Lage ist schön ruhig.Mit dem Auto sind auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 min erreichbar.

Excellent Stay!
The property is spotlessly clean, and was very comfortable for our family of four. It is evident that Max and Deborah really care about the property and guest experience. It has everything you need for cooking and comfort, and they even left us a welcome basket & treats for the kids. Max knows everything about the area and suggested several fun itineraries for us. There was so much to do & see that we didn’t have enough time. That just gives us an excuse to go back to this lovely area. The property is well-situated to see the area sites. Also, we rented the boat for a day and it was a wonderful experience - we recommend it as a must if you stay here. All communication was easy and efficient. Overall, very thoughtful hosts, a wonderful property and lots of fun for our family of four. We highly recommend this stay!

Super Aussicht, tolle Wohnung
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Barbengo verbracht. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind super, es fehlt an nichts, die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan uns sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Ein eigenes Auto ist sinnvoll.
Es handelt sich um eine Haushälfte, die jedoch keinen Gartenanteil hat, dafür eine Terrasse und einen Balkon. Der private Seezugang teilt man mit dem Vermieter, er ist in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen, jedoch geht ein Teil des Weges einer Durchgangsstrasse ohne Trottoir entlang, da muss man mit Kindern sehr gut aufpassen.

Wir haben die meiste Zeit am See verbracht, wo man einen eigenen Zugang mit Brätelmöglichkeit hat. Haus tiptop und Vermieter sehr freundlich,

das haus ist toll und der privatstrand sensationell. das vermieterpaar nett, aber pberhaupt nicht aufdringlich. max ist so ein typ, der alles im griff hat und sein leben mit einem läxheln meistert. die region lässt sich gut zu fuss und per bike erkunden. der veloweg direkt vor dem haus (führt nach morcote und weiter nach melide) ist „nur“ ein roter streifen auf der strasse. mit dem renner tiptop, mit kindern 6 und 8 nicht entspannt. das hat aber gar nichts mit dem haus und den vermietern zu tun. das ist alles top und den nicht geringen mietpreis wert. auch das mieten des bootes lohnt sich. rundum alles empfehlenswert.

Séjour, les pieds dans l'eau...
Max et de Déborah sont un couple charmant. Leurs conseils ont été très appréciés.
La maison est pratique et fonctionnelle, joliment décorée, avec une corbeille de gourmandises à notre arrivée.
Les terrasses de la maison offrent une vue magnifique sur le lac.
Notre coup de coeur va à la pergola privée (à 5 minutes à pied) au bord du lac un lieu magique pour les baignades, grillades et le repos.
Nous avons loué le bateau de Max et Déborah, une journée, un véritable plus pour découvrir les joies du lac et de la beauté du rivage.
Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location pour un séjour de rêve.

The view from the Casa over the Lago is really amazing. The owner Max&Deborah are very friendly and the casa offers everything you need for a great holiday. Location is also good for trips to Lugano, Locarno, Ascona and the beautiful Valle Maglia or Verzasca. I would totally recommend to stay here.
