What an amazing property. Our room was spacious & well appointed. The grounds are meticulously kept and the pool so inviting.

For me, I would have liked a tennis court or small fitness room but knew this wasn’t available. It would have been the icing on the cake though as it’s such a magnificent place to stay.

A sublime experience - probably the most relaxing holiday I've ever had

Just about everything. The manager Aziz upgraded our room very generously as my wife has mobility issues, no charge for that. On the morning of the first day, I developed an eye infection and the owner took it upon himself to seek out on a Sunday a pharmacy that was open that had antibiotic eye drops. Then on the Monday he approached me and said he'd arranged a doctors appointment and a car to take me, which resulted in a diagnosis of an eye infection and prescriptions, his driver then drove me to both pharmacy and opticians to get glasses made. Truly amazing service - no charge for their time or inconvenience. On top of that, the hotel/house is the most relaxing, peaceful and zen like experience you could ever wish for, the staff remember what you like to eat and tailor your breakfast to your specific needs (like boiled eggs medium and egg soldiers believe it or not). On top of that, you've got the birds all around, tortoises wandering across the lawn or over your feet, it's a simply amazing place. We have found a destination for life, and they deserve to be successful.

Nothing - this is a very rare and special place that deserves to be successful. The management, staff and whole team are caring and generous with their guests. The only minor observation is that the menu for dinner sometimes has a few things unavailable which limits the choice in the evening for eating in the hotel.

A beautiful place for a very memorable holiday - one of the best we have ever had!

We had a truly amazing holiday at this stunning hotel. The gardens are wonderful and a very calming place to return to after a trip into the busy Souks and Medina of Marrakech. The room was fabulous with a lovely private terrace and heated outdoor pool. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and they looked after us so well. Aziz organised a couple of trips for us and was the perfect host from start to finish. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of local treats and we enjoyed several dinners in the beautiful tented restaurant. We will definitely be back one day - thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful estate, amazing food, staff will treat you like a VIP.

It is a quiet, exquisite estate about 15 minutes outside of the city center, which makes you reliant on staff to arrange transport when you want to go somewhere. My wife and I knew this coming in, but it is worth noting in case you are looking for something with more action. The pictures of the property don’t even do it justice.

Canno recommend this property enough !!! Do yourself a favor and book it.

The property in itself is absolutely stunning, I felt like I lived in a botanical garden for a week, but what was truly exceptional was the staff and their unsurpassed services! I studied hospitality in Switzerland and am an avid traveler, and can say that this was by far the best hotel that I have stayed in. Thank you so much to everyone that made our stay one to remember, especially Aziz !!

Not necessarily something that I didn’t like, but the wine menu needs some serious updating. The WiFi doesn’t have great range in the room, but to be honest that didn’t bother us at all.

Very pleasant stay with a few caveats

Almost everything. The gorgeous house, the suite, the huge park, the heated swimming pool, the service staff members. Very nice complimentary breakfast.

While we enjoyed our experience, there are a few points that we found rather disappointing. 1/ We were not impressed by the restaurant experience. At check-in, we decided to cancel our restaurant plans for the evening and have dinner at the hotel. The hotel manager asked us for special diet requirements and we were surprised to see that the starter contained the very ingredient I had mentioned as a no-go (coriander). The manager also had given us a rather vague reply as to the available menu items for the night, and as we got to the restaurant we were disappointed to see that there was no choice at all. While we understand that the choices were limited given the fact that we arrived in the afternoon and that orders usually must be made until noon, we would have appreciated some transparency here. In view of the above, the price we were charged at check out for the dinner (more than 80€ for 2, i.e. twice the usual price at a downtown restaurant) was a bit hard to swallow. 2/ The hotel charges extra for bottles of water beyond the (large) daily complimentary bottle. The hotel also charges for specific breakfast items, which I found rather peculiar and had never seen in other hotels. 3/ Very unfavourable exchange rate used for the final bill. While the difference is not huge, it is hardly understandable while one should pay 4% more than the official rate.

A complete joy to stay here.....definitely going back.

Wow.....what a hidden gem! Small and intimate. Rooms are fabulous and the gardens are wonderful. The breakfasts are lovely with lots of food. We loved the tented restaurant in the evening. There are tortoises roaming the gardens and the birds in the aviarys are gorgeous and clearly very well cared for. The pool is really nice and only open to residents. They can arrange any excursions you want and run a driver service in and out of the centre.

It would've been nice to have a bar area to have a few drinks after dinner. Other than that the place was great.

Highly recommend

The hotel is gorgeous. The big garden was peacefull. The rooms are decoreted so nice, and comfortable. The staff were really kind. The manager Aziz is so helpfull. Our revervation was 2 days, but we stayed 5 days in that wonderfull hotel.
