Staff were all really pleasant and helpful, especially helping my wife who needs to walk with a cane.
The hotel grounds are very calm and beautiful when you get far enough from the music blaring out.
The food was reasonable. As a vegetarian, the options are limited, but I managed.
The buggy rides back to our block were very welcome as it was as far away as it was possible to be.
We were packed off in an overcrowded minibus for the first night of our stay, due to work being carried out in one of the blocks. The other hotel was very nice but lacking in facilities and although they fed us, we had to pay for water! The whole palaver was undertaken with minimum information.
Our friends took their kids to the mini-club for 2 sessions. The girl member of staff left on her own with the kiddies was very gloomy and obviously wanted to be somewhere else.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was amazing and with a huge variety of dishes for every meal, every day. Heated pool and spa made it extra special. Daily activities like aqua fit and yoga are a must. Highly recommended.

The pool side is amazing
The food and restaurant service staff was amazing
The checkin was horrible we arrived at almost midnight and we were assigned a first room with more than 20 bugs with no appearence of previous cleaning , we went back to the checkin asking for a room change we were then shocked my the behavior of the reception asking us to wait whole they finish a group checkin while we were holding s newborn in our hands coming from casablanca only asking for a room change we were assigned another room we asked the receptionist to make sure that it was s good room she told us yes font worry we held our baby and went to riad five were the electicity was cut and where we found the worst suprise our room was actually non operational and still under construction, furious mad and disappointed we dragged our feets and our child to the reception ( which was a 2 floor up and down TRAVEL + 5 minutes walk ) , we made a scandal at the reception and finally we had a decent room but the welcoming experience was deplorable, also there is a huge accessiblity problem we had a stroller and were obliged to lift ot to the second floor since there is no elevator at the property a ground floor room would have been much appreciated
