This is my happy place. It’s so well-run, the staff are friendly and kind, the food is great and varied, the pools are great and I love the summer heat of Marrakesh. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly cleaned every day. I also appreciate their gym, spa and bars.

The facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Selma, although moving on, was exceptional and consistently went above and beyond her duties. She will certainly be missed when we next visit Iberostar.
The food was also excellent, and we would definitely consider visiting again. Our only downside was the lack of a triple room. The third bed provided for our 16+ year old was not particularly comfortable or convenient, and the bathroom privacy arrangements could also be improved.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to Iberostar in the future.
Nothing not to like. Just need some adjustment to the bathroom door to provide more privacy

Property is a bit dated but upkeep is good and grounds are beautifully maintained. Excellent housekeeping. 2 pool areas; one bigger one for families and a separate adults only pool for 16+. Free shuttle bus into Marrakesh centre. Other on-site activities: table tennis tables, pétanque courts, tennis courts and a small grassed area with football nets. Good spa/hammam.
Relentless loud music that was played by the pool for most of the day. Majority of which was dance music with thumping beats - not very relaxing.
Variety and quality of food & drink. We were really disappointed by the food. Lacked inspiration and variety; given that we were in a country with such rich culinary heritage, it was a let down. And the inclusive wine…..like paint stripper. I couldn’t drink it.
