The staff the are very kind and helpful. Elbachir in the restaurant is a great guy. Always there to help when you need it. Over all everyone was great

A really good experience. The only downside was that the housekeeping staff entered our room several times despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on the door. Apart from that, everything was great, and overall it was a better experience than at the other all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at.
