No hot water, no internet, no cell phone and blasting music from the neighbors

Not much - clean & secure

No hot water, no internet, no cell service, and a loud bar across the street blaring music until midnight. No hay agua caliente, ni Internet, ni servicio celular y un bar ruidoso al otro lado de la calle con música a todo volumen hasta la medianoche.

El peor de San Luis.

Nada, no voy a volver a ese hotel.

El hotel está ubicado frente a un antro que tiene música muy muy fuerte hasta la madrugada, así que es imposible dormir. Además en mi habitación (la 205) había pulgas o chinches (no se exactamente que eran). Logre matar una pero no pude dormir por la comezón. El hotel anuncia que tiene estacionamiento. Lo que no dice es que no es propio y está a 3 calles. Eso lo vuelve muy incómodo.

Music too loud across the street!!

The breakfast and the staff were great!

There is a bar across the street that plays music so loud, it is impossible to sleep. They must have been closed on Monday, but Tuesday and Wednesday nights they blared music into 1 am.

Good value for a night, but not worth an extended stay

Shower was hot and it came with free breakfast. Good for a night or two if you want something cheap. Don’t stay here if you’re trying to work on your computer.

Wifi was terrible, kitchen had no cooking dishes / utensils, only cups, plates, cutlery. Also you had to be let into the building at night.

Regular la estancia. El personal de recepción excelente servicio

La ubicación.

No se puede dormir para nada. Hay música muy fuerte que no deja dormir y prenden y pagan las luces y se ven en toda la habitación. El desayuno está muy básico y uno se queda con hambre.

Muy buena ubicación en el centro histórico de la ciudad.

Que no tiene estacionamiento propio, que las tarifas no son claras la plataforma me señal{o un precio y tuve que pagar otro precio al hacer el check in. En el hotel le adjuntaron la responsabilidad de la diferencia a la plataforma.

Es bonito, práctico y el desayuno muy rico

Que dan muy poco papel de baño y en la segunda noche pase frío porque la cama no tenía cobertor solo sábanas.

El personal trata de atenderte bien, pero carece de recursos

No tienen AA, publican que cuentan con estacionamiento en el hotel, pero el estacionamiento está muy retirado, la puerta de la entrada a la habitación es insegura y se ve para el interior y exterior de la misma, no sirvió el wifi es como una posada, o casa de huéspedes, es todo menos una Jr Suite

location was great, receptionist was amazing and helpful. room and facilities in the room was good

WiFi was very slow and often not working. breakfast was varied one day it was good next morning it wasn't good. no fan or ac floors was dirty in the room

Lovely staff and a nice little hotel, but night time was very stressful.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff, especially the ladies on the morning and late shift reception. The Family suite was nice and spacious.

I had to ring reception most mornings to ask them to turn the hot water on for showering as I was probably the first guest to be up early 07:00. To be fair, the lady in reception told me this when I checked in. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but my peace and quiet was thoroughly ruined by the extremely loud bar across the road blasting music until the early hours. It was impossible to get any sleep.

Toilet did not flush well. Headboard banged on the wall any time we sat down.

great location. very clean rooms. loved fast wifi in the room.

perhaps that the room’s door is thin and almost transparent. that makes the room colder, light is coming through the room at all times. and there is a bar just in front that can make the night noisy. not their fault. but if you are looking for a dark quiet night to sleep, this may not have your option.

It's not a hotel

The Deco of the place was awesome, but that's it

They don't offer parking and the parking they suggest you is for extra fee, and they don't have the correct information, they told us that on 24th they would close at 8pm and open the next day at 8am, we went out and coming back they told us they wouldn't open the next day till 26th, and our check out was on 25th, so they said it was a mistake because the manager didn't inform them. Besides that the breakfast is included.... The scrambled eggs don't include anything, IF you want to add something you pay 30 pesos for beans 🙄 they should mention this before. This is not a hotel, I would say it's a hostal or posada. I wouldn't come back or recommend it at all

Huasteca is incredibly beautiful, Bel Ha is a great base for the waterfalls.

Glamping of the first order. Incredibly friendly staff, good food.

never again!

nothing. absolutely nothing!

the rooms are really simple. most of them have to renovate directly. the bed was extremely deep and no comfort at all. the floor was completely destroyed ( most probably by water running for the bathroom). the TV didn’t work a minute during my stay. the WiFi wasn’t poor .. it was simple not working at all. a restaurant opposite to the hotel guarantees a 90% network.

Really nice hotel in San Luis Potosi, we had the family suite and that was really great. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Well located not far away from the city center

Good and poor

Good location. Great staff. Good breakfast.

Poor wifi. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Our room was above dining room and we heard everything. We could also hear the reception phone.

Enjoyable

The breakfasts were really good. Unlike in most hotels I've stayed in in Mexican city centres, this one was comparatively quite after 11:00. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were cool.
