Hotel is set in a historic building, the decor retaining the characteristics of the buildings age . It feels more like a stately home than a hotel as you enter the building,.
The rooms follow the traditional theme and are spacious with the normal facilities that you would expect.
Everywhere was clean and tidy and the staff in the majority polite and helpful
Location is excellent in the centre of the old town in easy walking distance to all the historical centre has to offer
Primary problem was the hot water supply to the bathroom. It took incredibly long for the water to feed through to the room such that I thought there was no hot water and raised it with reception . It appeared more patience was required but it still took an unacceptable amount of time for the hot water to reach the room
Room was a little noisy with traffic from the nearby road

The place was so pretty, the architecture is very impressive
I booked the Christina suit with is supposed to be 27ft2 and have a balcony when I arrived they gave me another room and said it was supposed to be in the same category as the one I booked but the room was smaller and didn’t have a balcony, (olimpia) another thing was that at night very loud noises like pipes noises didn’t let me sleep, between 2:30 - 3 am, so I went to the desk and explained the noises to the staff and also the booking detail to see if they could do something about it, they offered me to change room, which I did, and the room was more like the one I booked was a little bigger and did have a balcony
