La limpieza la ubicación el trato del personal la comodidad
Que no tuviera puerta normal el baño no cerraban las que tenía y eran transparentes se veía para adentro y nunca pudimos regular la temperatura de la regadera

El piso de algunas habitaciones suenan mucho, se escucha todo, y el agua en ocasiones sale fría.

Nice hotel, comfortable room, cafe downstairs, excellent downtown location
The staff put us in the wrong room. After 10 minutes, she came back up and moved us to a different and worse room. Also, there is a lot of noise in the mornings which makes it difficult to sleep in. Lock on the door was a bit tricky, we usually just leave it unlocked. The room was not completely clean, some dirt in the corners.
