What a joy to stay here! The Queen room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!
Breakfast was tasty, with scrambled eggs and bacon making it very tasty!
Coffee available 24/7, which I loved!
About a 15 minute walk into the town center.
Rarely saw staff behind reception but that’s fine. They had a bell available if needed.

I had problems checking in. Eventually, I found the chat, and someone helped me. No one answered the phone, in spite me waiting two times ten minues for an answer.

The kitchen for guests was a good find as we were traveling with perishable food items. Also the lounge area seemed like it could be a nice area to be in if staying inside. There was no extra fee for our pet, so that was good. Generally, everything was clean and tidy if not very up-to-date.
If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay while visiting Umeå, don't care about amenities other than a bed and shower, this is the place for you. It felt more like a good motel than a hotel; reception desk was empty or closed most of the time. Rooms were dimly lit.
