El trato recibido por el personal y la habitación espectacular con el baño privado donde poder relajarse.
No poder entrar a los baños públicos por los tatuajes, aunque no hubiese nadie más.
Entiendo que es por la cultura, pero habría estado bien poder encontrar una hora en concreto para disfrutar todos juntos.
Y un poco el problema de comunicació, pero sin problema.

This place is AMAZING! I have no words to describe its beauty. The staff was incredible, they spoke little English but made every effort to use translation apps to communicate effectively with us. They were extremely patient and gentle, and help us with everything we needed. I would recommend this place 100%.
Just a note: the location is not easy to reach if you're unfamiliar with the area. However, it was our first time in Japan and we managed to navigate perfectly using Google Maps (you can take a local train or a taxi). So don’t worry if it seems hard to reach at first glance.
If you want to experience something truly local and away from the tourist crowds, this is the place for you. Keep in mind that it is far from the big cities, so don't expect to have everything close by. It's a peaceful retreat, and I recommend learning about the local customs and habits to help you interact more smoothly with the staff and enhance your experience.

The onsen was amazing
The kaiseki (japanese-set dinner , to be paid separately) is a delicious and tasty experience
The breakfast is tasty, but quite limited and exactly the same every day

食事が素晴らしかった。
勿論お風呂(温泉)もとても良かった。
良くなかったわけではないのですが
部屋が殺風景だった(シンプルと言えば言えますが…)絵(写真、書)の一つでも掛けてあったらと。しかし外の景色の素晴らしさを感じてもらう為に敢えてシンプルにしたのかな。
