The rooms were nice with the big windows

Room have a heater, shared bathroom are clean, common area and kitchen stuffs including stove, microwave and coffee machine. Additional (paid) condiments to make enjoyable breakfast
The sleeping mattress can be improved.

A very quiet place. Nice surroundings with many varied and decent restaurants nearby. Location away from the center but easy to reach with convenient and quick local transportation.
I liked the fact that complimentary fruit and snacks were offered, plus free coffee :-) The kitchen was clean and spacious, everything was available in a good condition and we were able to cook our own food!
No ironing board.

- The guy who tried to fix the heating. He was really kind (even that he couldn't fix it).
- good location for us, near to Messe
We stayed in 2 apartments with kitchen; old, humidity smell, not comfortable beds; the kitchen was quite dirty generally
