Did not try breakfast, but the location is excellent.
I expected high ceilings and French windows, but ended up with an attic room with a small window.

The location was really convenient as I was attending a conference close to the hotel; the rooms were clean and well taken care of; The view from the room was full of greenery and felt nice. Decent amount of lighting in the room I stayed at.
The amenities were really minimal. No iron or ironing board (you had to request one but the times when I needed it was never appropriate to ask e.g. after midnight/ very early morning).
not enough cleaning products (especially shampoo) provided by the hotel.
The bed was not that comfy and the overall usable room space was small.
