Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Es un complejo situado en la montaña, con diferentes baños onsen y varios restaurantes, por lo que es perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La habitación es muy espaciosa y estuvimos muy cómodos.
La habitación no dispone de ducha, por lo que es necesario utilizar los baños onsen únicamente. El baño privado solo está disponible de 6 a 9 am y durante 1h, mientras que el baño compartido se puede utilizar durante el resto del día.

We loved the homey vibe to the room, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! So happy it had air-conditioning as well! It was also VERY spacious. Great internet connection, and theu provide indoor sippers.
Location is terrible. Do not get a room unless you are renting a car. Even when renting a car, the roads are extremely narrow. When we arrived we didn't know where to go, (go to the little house with the ice cream sign in front of it) and the guy who checked us in saw we were foreigners and did not look happy. We communicated via Google translate. Due to us having tattoos we tried to reach out prior and ask if it was okay for the onsen, no response. When we asked at check in, he had a problem with it but made an exception to use the family onsen after it closes. We didn't bother. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights because there is no shower in the room. So we just showered at our next location.
