Villa Leopoldina is a beautiful example of the typical Tuscan home designed in 1700 by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorena, presenting in the façade the characteristic 4 overlapping arches. In front of the villa the private garden and on its right side the beautiful swimming pool (size mt 12x5, depth mt 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September) which both give an astonishing, panoramic view on the city of Arezzo and its valleys, a view which become even more striking in the night. The city centre is only 5 km away, there you will find all amenities and necessary services, besides museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to be visited.
The Farm Podere di Pomaio and the eco-friendly winery. The villa is placed inside the Farm of Pomaio, renowned winery that produces its excellent wines following the rules of eco-sustainability, and ranks among the 13 most beautiful Wineries of Design in Tuscany Region for the project Toscana Wine Architecture. The same 'Green' philosophy has been applied to the villa's restoration, and thanks to the used materials has a high class category of energy saving, both producing environmental benefits and allowing agreeable stays during all seasons. The villa is set on two levels connected by an external covered staircase and offers two completely equipped kitchens, washing machine and dryer on both floors, Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and satellite TV.

The day of arrival customers will have a dinner hosted by the owners (for bookings of 7 days minimum) and a welcome basket for the following day breakfast. The first floor is wheelchair accessible thanks to a wooden bridge in the rear of the villa.
GROUND FLOOR: with entrance through typical external loggia equipped with table and chairs to eat 'al fresco', sitting room with sofas and Satellite TV, wide living-dining room and kitchen. Three double bedrooms all with private bathrooms with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance through external, covered staircase which has access from the porch, or through wooden bridge on the rear of the villa, sitting room and sofas, Satellite Tv and typical wood burning oven in the panoramic loggia. Wide living-dining room with ancient fireplace and kitchen. Two double bedrooms both with private bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower suitable for disabled.

Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
