The room was spacious, well lit, clean, and private. Bathrooms and common areas were very clean. Everything was clear since the beginning about rules and how the stay was going to entail.
Couldn't say I disliked anything.

The staff is soooo nice and speak very gold English.

Perfect location near the port. 2' away bar and restaurant. What do you need more ???
The owner fold my clothes after I put themselves outside. But the typhon came and she took care of it. Amazing.

The location is excellent - minutes away from the port, a convenience store, and a public bath. Staff speak excellent English.
Breakfast is subpar - instant coffee (but no fresh milk), toast, and margarine. The walls are thin and some bedrooms are over the front door and breakfast room - any conversation downstairs will wake you up, anyone opening the door to the hotel will wake up you up, other guests snoring will wake you up. The Wi-Fi is barely functional.
