Exceptional place to stay on Tilos.

We were warmly met at the port by Elefteria the owner of the studios. Once at the studios we were shown to our room which was exceptionally clean, well equipped with all you would need to make your stay very comfortable. Wi-fi was good and the flat screen TV even had Netflix installed. The balcony was large with table, chairs and an umbrella. It had amazing far reaching views to the town of Livadi on one side and the sea, mountains and port to the other. It was lovely to have breakfast here watching boats come and go, and the sunrise over the bay is not to be missed. Elefteria was a very attentive host, who takes pride in her accommodation. She was always on hand via wats app should you need her. Tilos is an island with many surprises, lots of lovely bays, abandoned villages and lots of places to walk, but the icing on the cake was the warmth Elefteria showed, making our stay as enjoyable as it was. We even extended our stay we loved it so much. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout until our ferry departed. We were given a parting gift of some wine and a fridge magnet with the studios perched high on the cliff. Thank you again Elefteria, if visiting Tilos again, it is Michalis Studios we will be coming too.

the climb is worth the view

Eleftheria met us at the port and gave us a lift to the studios as they're up a bit of a hill. We loved the view from the balcony, Eleftheria let us use her washing machine, and the kitchen was well equipped enough to make some pasta and salad. The view comes at a cost and it's worth noting there's a little climb to get up there but it's absolutely well worth it. The beds have toppers on which makes them comfortable and Eleftheria is sweet and incredibly helpful.

Had a wonderful time here. Eleftheria picked me up from my ferry and was most helpful throughout my stay. Beautiful view from the balcony. Hope to return next year.

Absolute great place to stay, grab it if it’s available!

Everything really, reasonable price, incredible sea view from room, great facilities including a kitchen with all kitchen equipment looking new, great hot water and WiFi. Even with the great view it was not that much of an uphill walk to reach the property. Host was very nice, she brought me some locally produced food items and made recommendations for hiking. I communicated with her each day on WhatsApp to let her know where I was hiking and that I arrived back safely.

There really wasn’t anything I saw as negative about the property.

Great place to stay in Livadia. And the fact that they pick you up at the port and drive you to the property, saving you from an uphill walk with luggage, is a plus. Moreover, they give you a little detour to explain where the main conveniences of the town are located. Plus all the info on the island they provide. Trully well done!

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and with nice view to the sea. The host came to take us from the port. Livadia is very nice village with beautiful beaches nearby.

Fantastic place where to stay in Tilos

We loved Michalis studios! Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped room with kitchen and a fantastic view from the balcony (sunrise over the sea). The owner picked us up and brought back to the port, she is extremely friendly and helpful! We also had an emergency and she supported us with the doctor and everything else. We'll definitely come back, thanks for everything!

Incredible views

The host, Elefteria, met me at the port and took me to the apartment.She was so kind and helpful and offered a supermarket delivery service . The beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need The balcony had incredible views overlooking the Bay of Livadia , watching the sunrise over the bay was amazing. And having breakfast on the balcony should not be missed.

Relaxing and comfortable.

Amazing view, plenty of room in the studio, friendly proprietor who met us at the port, and gave us a heads-up the day before departure that our ferry was going to be delayed. Only 7 minutes walk downhill (not a huge hill!) to the square in Livadia. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a kettle, and the shower had a proper curtain (not all Greek self-catering has this!). Nice decor.

The kitchen area was a bit cramped for space, though we could work around that. There was a problem with one electric cooker ring, which flipped some circuit breakers, but our hosts were very apologetic, and got the electrics back and working very quickly. It sounded like a one-off, as they said they had never had a similar problem before.
