We had a room with a sea view, and it was like in the pictures, clean, and big enough for the short stay. There may still be some noise or music from nearby bars until 1 am, but that's normal in Marmaris. Closing the balcony doors was enough, and we never had trouble falling asleep.
The breakfast was better than we expected (fruits, olives, pancakes, etc.), and they included some small variations every day.
Cleaning services were also done daily.
I would also recommend their restaurant to everyone. We had dinner there three times (with a booking discount), and the meals and service were very good.
There is only one elevator, so waiting can sometimes be longer.
The bed can be a bit hard, but we got used to it after the first night.

Staff, bathroom & location
Room size wouldn't have been suitable for anymore than 1 night, no space for cases.
Bed was comfortable but very noisy.

Good location, reasonable price.
The breakfast was not what I imagined. Several times I got vegetables that were not fresh. I also didn't like the presence of a terrorist flag at the entrance to the hotel.
