The property was modern and clean, the staff were very kind and friendly and it had everything we needed. The pool area was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect- walking distance to the beach, old town, marina and water park too.
There was nowhere to eat within the apartment. In one of our apartments there was a breakfast bar but no stools but nowhere in the other apartments we had. The kitchen preparation space was limited too. There were tables on the spacious balcony but the rooms are aircon so cooler for eating!

The room for 4 (2 adults 1 teen, 1 kid) is slightly small but was adequate for needs.

It was conveniently located in the centre of Marmaris. 5mins drive to the beach. Friendly staff.
No lift and we were staying on the 4th floor. Reception helped carrying our suitcases up, but then i had to carry them down. Pool needed cleaning, looked murky. Overall not great value for what we paid.
