About this apartment rental
This lovely, fully renovated two-story condo is spacious, clean, and quiet. It sits just a short, 5- 6 minute walk to the beach and Tamarindo town center. It's far enough from "downtown" that you'll sleep in quiet at night, but close enough that restaurants, grocery stores, surf shops, bars, and everything else you could possibly ask for is within short walking distance. The property is gated with a guard, so it's safe for you and your family to sleep comfortably at night. In fact, the only thing that may keep you up at night are the howler monkeys that like to hang out in the surrounding trees! There are two pools on property for your enjoyment as well. The condo has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and balcony. The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom is a matrimonial size bed. We also have a fold-out couch in the living room with a half-bath. The kitchen is fully functional with coffee machine, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, etc. We even have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. And maybe most importantly, each room has its own air conditioner.

My three friends and I had a great time in Tamarindo. The self check in process was simple and the property appeared as listed, with plenty of amenities. Everything was less than 10 minute walk from the condo including the beach, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and more. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the pool access, beach towels and chairs, and security guard. I would strongly recommend staying here with a family or small group of friends because of the prime location. There is also a nearby market in the town center on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings. If you are interested in grabbing a delicious coffee, check out Nordic Coffee House for an iced caramel latte.

We had a great 10 day stay at this quiet pool property in Tamarindo. The space was clean, minimal and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay including full kitchen with everything needed for meal prep.It’s a quiet secure building with entry security personnel in a safe neighborhood and a very SHORT walk to the main beach, grocery market, town center with restaurants, shops and entertainment.Friendly hosts were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Description of property is pretty accurate. Recommend.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Close to everything, including the beach. We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone!
