The pool area was beautiful. The breakfast was very good - lots of choice and good quality food. Some of the staff were fantastic in particular Tatiana in the restaurant and Arianna at reception. The room was very clean and housekeeping were very good - fresh towels and sheets each day. Lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower.
The hotel is part of a resort which has a lovely beach and the charge for 2 sunbeds & umbrella was reasonable for Italy(40 euro). The resort is well maintained.
The lift wasn't working when we arrived and had not been fixed by the time we left. We were on the 2nd floor and the restaurant was in the basement so there was a lot of going up and down stairs which with bad knees wasn't great. The hotel is very comfortable but a little dated and could do with a revamp. The bathroom was nice but the shower was very small.
Unfortunately there was a severe storm on our first night which knocked out the electricity and water but this was quickly restored apart from the air conditioning. After 24 hours we were told the air con couldn't be fixed (it wasn't that effective before it broke down). We were offered a room in the resorts other hotel or a 15% discount - as we were on a short holiday we decided not to go through the disruption of moving. The room was warm without air con but it was bearable.

Hübsches, kleines Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Pool und der Gartenanlage. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Der Lift blieb die ganze Woche unrepariert.

Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta sempre.

Ruhige Lage, Zimmerservice top top, ruhige schöne Poolanlage.
Sehr ringhörig, kleine Zimmer mit winzig kleinen Badezimmer inkl. Dusche. Basic Zimmerausstattung ohne Teekocher bzw. Kaffee.
Pooltuch gegen Aufpreis von Euro 6.00.
