מלון גדול עם הרבה אטרקציות

היינו הרבה פעמים במלונות של רשת דלפין, הפעם הופתענו לרעה מרמת השירות הנמוכה, המלצרים בלובי לא ניגשים אלינו, שולחנות בלובי היו מלוכלכים ולא פינו אותם במשך הרבה זמן

Good stay in general but needs more kids activity

Everything is inclusive and they have a good aqua park especially for kids with a very nice room size. The breakfast was good The water activity by the beach is good like parasailing and jet ski but the prices are high and the Drone videos and photos were very good. My child liked the mini club in the morning till afternoon and they have different activities for kids

For the price we are paying the food was below average and not as expected compared with other resorts I stayed in in Antalya The number of lifeguards are not enough and they are not doing their jobs as they are staying on their phone or chatting The aqua parks close early (around 5 pm) There are nothing much to do for kids especially at nights as the Mini club close by 5 pm and they have only mini disco or show at 8:00 pm or 8:30 however other resorts they have kids club till 11 pm during the show Luna park for kids close early as well 9:30 pm while it closes by 12 am at other resorts which is an advantage

Overall it was excellent.

The breakfast was good

The staff were very and extremely poor. We had a junior or beginner help us when we just arrived. Until the manager came who was quite good. Overall the staff were okay. Except for a few. There was a lady @ guest reactions who was excellent. Her name was Tomato if I remember correctly. The cleaning of the hotel room was quite poor

For such people who thinks that 20+ variations of garbage cake is a luxury. Never more again.

Gardens and playgrounds

Small detail but - 5 pools but just one is suitable for small childern as the rest is always 1,4m deep. If you like a garbage food in thousands variations of sugar and fries and you think this is a luxury, then this is for you. No Concierge. Pretending luxury but not there even closer. Loud music till 2am from every one resort around.

Nice place for kids

The place is nice and clean. Kids love the water and the fun parks. A big thanks to the mini club team, my daughter, Sahab wants to go there everyday and stayed at the end of the day. They have nice activities and people are so kind.

The price is high. The bed is not comfortable. Lifeguard around the pools are not taking their job seriously. They go, walk, use phones.

the facilities and the comfort level was good.

the property went to extra length to ensure “All inclusive”. wonderful property.

we were in D block and the bathroom had a very awful, repulsive smell that soured the whole room. i made complaints multiple times but despite the assurance from the reception nobody came.

In general it was a nice and fun experience for us.

Food and facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and ready to do service. programs were also entertaining. Above all, the hotel was clean and had a lively vibe.

This hotel's facilities are mainly for families. I do not recommend it to young couples with no children. August and early September is really crowded. we did not like the noise and crowd during food time. It was also hard to find free sun-beds around the pools after 9am.

be careful about the photographer scam they come to the pool area take pictures refuse to give a price and ask you to come to office later where you will find a rude guy who just want to rip you off he said to us “stop thinking to much and just pay” when we complained about the fact that you pay for 10€ per photo print but if you want to get it also in mail or in any digital form you should pay extra 15€ total of 25€ we felt scammed and offended from the guy rudeness in general all the shops in the ground floor see you as a walking euro bill the prices are x10 compared to the stores in Lara which are 10 min walking distance

Mediocre resort - not worth the money

Snack Bars Pools Beach This establishment is better suited for people with younger kids as they had some fun things to do for younger kids such as a kids club

The rooms were smaller than expected. When people say sofa bed, I was expecting a sofa that converts into a bed, instead it was a sofa you could use as a bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. The buffet food was ok. The a la carte restaurants were worst than the buffet. The food was plated too early and often was cold. The housekeeping staff could have done a better job cleaning my room. i had an incident (let’s just leave it at that) which I was very disappointed by the way it was handled by managing. Customer satisfaction could have been a higher priority. This was meant to be a 5 star resort and honestly apart from the aesthetics and facility, my overall stay was disappointing. Coming from the states, I am use to a higher level of customer support, satisfaction and comfort and I didn’t find that at the Delphi.
