Everything was as described. Miguell is a nice and fiendly host. When we opened the fridge after arrival we found bottle of white wine und fruits -very welcome.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir durften 3 Wochen im Haus von Miquel verbringen. Die Kommunikation war immer hervorragend, die gesamte Familie sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem, einschl. Spül- und Waschmaschine und sogar elektr. Orangenpresse ausgestattet. Es gibt jede Menge Handtücher und, und und... Morgens konnten wir unser Frühstück auf dem Sonnenbalkon einnehmen und abends den Tag in dem dann schattigen Hof verbringen. Zum Meer /klasse Sonnenuntergang, sind es fussläufig ca. 4 Min. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

La meva família de tres, hem disfrutat molt de passar les nostres vacances a aquest lloc i ocupant aquesta casa, hem gaudit de la tranquil·litat i comoditat que ens ha oferit. La casa està equipada amb les coses més essencials del dia a dia, el seu pati ha estat ideal per a que la nostra filla de tres anys i mig hagi pogut jugar, i la seva proximitat a la mar i al centre del poble ens ha facilitat no haver d'agafar cotxe i poder anar amb bicicleta per tot arreu. La comunicació i l'atenció dels propietaris ha sigut excel·lent. Ens encantaria tornar l'estiu que ve. Gràcies per a tot Miquel Àngel i família.

Jederzeit gerne wieder....

Wir haben den grossen Patio mit den vielen Pflanzen, die Gartendusche, die Liegestühle , den Sitzplatz unten sowie den Balkon oben ausgiebig genossen. Es ist idyllisch ruhig, kurze Gehdistanz zum Meer und alles in der Wohnung ist vorhanden! Wir waren sehr gerne hier, die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und haben uns viele gute Tips gegeben. Ideale Lage: wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in dem idyllischen Fischerort Colonia de San Pere, im Osten der Insel. Wir wurden vom Vermieter freundlich mit einem Obdtkorb und einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Miguel war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und wunderbar ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, vom Grill bis zum Erste Hilfe Set war alles da. Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Trotz Hinterhaus, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse wirkt auf den Bildern schöner als sie ist. Sie stellt lediglich einen Teil der Einfahrt dar. Die Sonnenliegen sind leider unnötig, weil sich die Sonne immer hinter dem Haus entlang bewegte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, bzw dessen Sohn war sehr angenehm. Der Ort ist wirklich sehr schön und wir konnten uns gut entspannen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 400m entfernt und ist gut ausgestattet.

Schönes Haus mit Charme, gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner und entspannter Ort. Kleiner Badestrand hinter der Promenade, mit dem Auto verschiedene schöne Strände in der Nähe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Lovely little property in a quiet village

Cosy apartment, very quiet, nice and airy to escape the heat ... we rarely needed the air con. Quiet little village, basic shops and high end restaurants, nice walk along the sea front especially in the evenings, and a small but very pleasant beach. Great as a base for exploring the local beaches and sea front walks. Very friendly owner, our 2 year old kept asking to see him again all week.

Alles bestens!

Wie wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir durften die Wohnung sogar schon ein paar Stunden eher beziehen. Die Kommunikation verlief ebenfalls Komplikationslos und der Eigentümer hat immer schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sauber und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

War ein super Aufenthalt. Waren zu 3. Mit 1 Kind 18M und er hatte super Spass! Seehr liebe Gastgeber, die trotz enorm verspäteter Ankunft auf uns warteten ! Mühasm nur dass Allgemein Müll nur einmal die Woche abgeholt wird! Anonsten alles tiptop! Danke nochmals für alles !

Es war eine sehr schöne Umgebung. Wenig Tourismus, sehr ruhig und Meer in der Nähe. Das Ferienhaus hatte alles was man braucht. Manko: das Duschkopf und die Befestigung könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Calm area, nice house but really bad smell and grubby bathroom (mohoso), even if window open all the time. Cannot really recommend this house due to that fact, otherwise great, nice garden area with outside shower. No internet - these days this is almost a must have....:-)

Tranquila y cómoda

Apartamento en pequeña casita de invitados anexa a la casa principal. Está equipado con todo lo necesario (cocina americana muy completa y baño cómodo y renovado). Cuenta con 2 habitaciones independientes con espacio hasta para 4 personas; la cama de matrimonio es muy cómoda. Tiene un balcón grande en el piso superior y un bonito patio con muchas plantas y ducha exterior en la planta baja. En general, estaba todo muy limpio. Repetiremos sin duda : )

Fern ab von Massentourismus lädt der Ort zum Entspannen ein. Viel gibt es nicht zu sehen, aber ein wirklich schönes Ambiente wird einem geboten. Auch die Touristen sind nicht mit "typischen" Malle-Urlaubern zu vergleichen. Zu empfehlen ist hier ein Auto mit dem die schönsten Strände und Ortschaften Mallorcas erreicht werden können. Rund um ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Excellent communication throughout the booking with Miguel. We were met by his lovely parents with the gift of fruit and wine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely return

Our family of three enjoyed our stay at 38 carrer del mar , which was exactly as described by the owner Miquel. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained . We met Miquel and his father during our stay and they were very helpful indeed . We ate out a few times in colonia de san pere and there are several resteraunts and cafes to choose from . There is a small beach in the town with no activities but if you have a hire car it is only a 25 minute drive to the wonderful beach at Alcudia. This is a very nice property at a very reasonable price , you won't be disappointed , we weren't.

Excellent, quiet location, great owner!

This was a most wonderful, memorable vacation! Very nice, clean and charming place located in a far-out corner of a small town, only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Excellent for anyone in need of a quiet time in a pristine landscape. Owner, MIguel, was extremely accommodating. His father came over to take care of anything we needed. Looking forward to returning again!
