The gentleman in the office was efficient and polite. Housekeeping reset my room beautifully, without disturbing any of my things. The shower was very nice; no sketchy, shallow, slippery tub. The room was immaculately clean.
There was an old mattress outside, one door down, just leaning against the building. For both days. The bed was very firm, and you could hear the springs going "boioioiong twang" every time you moved. But I have to say that my back did not hurt in the morning, after definitely expecting it to hurt.
