Unpleasant smells and unfriendly host -- not very "deluxe"

Good location, nice interior design, comfortable bed, good shower.

This accommodation calls itself deluxe and charges a lot, but there was a nauseating musty smell upon entry that was always worse after we had been out for a bit (our theory is the apartment is not well-ventilated). The couch also stank upon sitting down (while sitting the smell would return periodically) (you may also smell it while lying in bed), and the pipes in the bathroom and kitchen smelled of sewage at times. In comparison this is a minor point, but the cleaning could have been more thorough (blackening grout in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawers). My partner and I asked for a refund for 2 nights that we didn't spend in the apartment because of the stenches (we left early). The host claimed he didn't smell any of the awful smells in the apartment and kept our money... Also wasn't friendly in the communication from the beginning. FYI, some neighbours are smokers, so expect cigarette smoke to come in if you leave the balcony window or door open during summer.

- no daylight! at all!!! the apartment is super dark even in a sunny day - no Vent (neither in the bathroom nor kitchen) - noisy due to proximity of balconies! you can even hear your neighbours’s phone calls; loud music and parties till midnight. - super small bed for 2 - for 1 it’s ok.

Not very pleasant even just one night Stay.

Neighbor started parting after 11pm. They laughed and made so much noise that We couldn't sleep untill 3am! The so called Double bed is too small for two people. In General NOT worth for the price.

Okolica blisko parku, ponieważ lubimy spacerować przyjemnie było spacerem dojść do centrum. Fajna okolica do biegania. Spokojne osiedle.
