Good location but bad value for money overall

Pros: location is good, just a couple of blocks from the beach; bathroom and kitchen are small but newly renovated

First, this apt is advertised as part of a larger house with a big garden situated in Via Abetelle 57 - in reality it’s a different building altogether, located in via delle Ginestre. The garden is tiny and not well kept. The apt is super small and furniture is old/bad quality, when we got there there was a terrible smell of onion and the staff didn’t respond to our request to help open the sofa bed. We spent there two nights and it was the max I could stay - def not recommended for longer stays, and honestly hotels in the area are much better value for money!

everyone was so very helpful, even when we needed something they had arranged for someone to give it to us, when something we didn't know how to work came to light he would send a technician right away. the house was very spacious beach is a straight road (no longer that 7 min walk) and city centre is 10 mins away. Pisa central is one cheap bus ticket. the house was very spacious and beds were outstandingly comfortable. Number 1 property to rent for the holiday.

Ideal for a longer stay, some minor issues that can be easily solved

Big house ideal for at least a weeks holiday. Two bathrooms and huge living room, walk in closet, kitchen and an outdoor area. Nice heavy furniture in two of the rooms.

You need to collect the keys at specific time slots from the agency and the info given wasn’t very accurate. Same about the exact location of the house. There was no amenities at all, only toilet paper and washing up (plates) liquid. Not even hand soap! The table and chairs outside were old and broken. Air condition in one room only. No internet (states in the description but I didn’t notice, maybe useful info for someone else too)
