Čudovito stanovanje, okolica, bazen.
Pomanjkljivosti v kuhinji (sploh, če vsak dan sam kuhaš) - premalo posode (manjkala je skleda za solato, deska za rezanje, še kakšen večji nož,...).
Ker je v nastavitvi tudi bazen, je zelo manjkalo stojalo za sušenje perila, da bi obesil mokre brisače in kopalke ter obleke s pohoda, kolesarjenja.
Ne bi bilo slabo, da bi imel možnost dostave svežega kruha, košarice dobrot, dobtega vina,... kot to imajo ponekod drugod.

Agriturismo Terra Rosa is a place I would gladly return to. A wonderful property with a garden perfect for morning coffee or evening wine while overlooking the vineyards and the Val di Chiana valley. An ideal spot for relaxation, escaping the crowds, and simply enjoying yourself, while also serving as a great base for exploring surrounding towns. The accommodation is charming, rustic, furnished in a Tuscan style, featuring beautiful exposed beams and windows in every room. The property also features a swimming pool as a perfect addition. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. The parking is covered and secure. A minor remark goes to the kitchen equipment—it lacks an additional good knife, cutting board and a cheese grater.
I have no complaints, this is a place you fall in love with.

Zu wenig Schattenplätze am Pool und auf der Terrasse des Appartment war der Sonnenschutz gar nicht montiert.

L établissement est joli.
Mais les matelas de lits très inconfortables et le fait de payer pour la climatisation alors que l été il fait 36 degrés est abusé à mon avis. Le canapé est hors d’âge et en état pitoyable.
Ce n’est pas la hauteur de nos attentes. Nos sommes partis une nuit avant la fin de notre séjour car impossible de dormir sur place.
