Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city!

As soon as you walk in, the hotel design is welcoming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions about parking, restaurant recommendations, hotel amenities, and breakfast (in both English and Spanish). We booked the rooftop tinaja and it was magical. The location was very close to town and the lake, we walked there everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

The wifi in the room was a little weak but I was able to connect to video conferencing successfully

Perfect

A gorgeous, cosy hotel with excellent staff. Super breakfast. Great location. Our room had a wonderful view of the volcano. Loved the hot tub on the roof watching the volcano.

This hotel is a gem

This hotel is a gem. We stayed in May and pretty much had the place to ourselves. The rooms are really elegant and clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a stunning view of the volcano. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good and we enjoyed it in their cozy living room by the fireplace. We also booked the private hot tub on the roof and enjoyed a glass of wine under the moon and stars after a day of hiking in the national forest. The hotel is in a great location. It's close enough to walk to everything in town but is also in a quiet part of town. Exceptional hotel and people!

The best place you can choose at Pucon!

Everything was amazing! The staff, the full breakfast (fresh fruits, natural juices, local honey, artesanal yogurt! I miss wake up with that breakfast!). The view from our room was unbelievable! We woke up every day with the view from Villarica Vulcan from our balcony! The location is central, two blocks away from the main street with a lot os restaurantes and bars. Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful architecture design and furniture. Delicious breakfast , comfortable beds and kind staff.

Staff couldn’t speak English and we managed to talk through google translate.

Perfect place in Pucon

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. It was just perfect and so well-designed with many thoughtful touches. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel! Just perfection! It's such a gem that I almost don't want others to find it.

The only issue and it's absolutely minimal is that due to all the beautiful wood and stone, the WiFi signal can be weak. But I'd happily trade a weak WiFi signal (which can be solved by exploring the hotel to get a better signal) for staying in the most beautiful place.

Stupendous

This hotel is unique. Made of rocks and wood. Every detail was very well thinking. It made our stay in Pucón more special.

Nice plays for a couple of nights

Although only a few minutes walk from the town centre, the hotel feels very secluded and quiet.

The room was beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk away to the centre, very convenient. The breakfast was lovely and more than enough. Just next door is a place where you can book additional activities. We paid extra for massages too, which were also fantastic!
