The staff looked after us well. We were the only guests at the time as it was out of season and they did take good care of us. The room was large and welcoming and it had a lovely view of the volcano.
Nothing to complain about. It was a bit quirky having to ring the bell to get in but there always was someone there.

Me gustó la calidez del personal, muy atentos y preocupados para que todo funcione bien. El desayuno de muy buena calidad, sobre todo los omelettes, y abundante. La pieza espectacular muy cómoda y temperada, con un pequeño balcón con vistas al volcán Villarrica. Además nos dieron un ticket de descuento para las termas, y nos facilitaron toallas. Una muy buena ubicación, lo suficientemente alejada del ruido como para descansar. En resumen, excelente y muy recomendable.
No tengo observaciones.

A wonderful place close to everything in Pucon. Friendly people, good room and good breakfast.
An easy way to get hot water or coffee anytime would be great. When asked, I could always get it from staff, but a way to do it myself would still have been nice
