About this house rental

On a promontory overlooking the sea of Viareggio is located this two-family house with well-kept garden, whose cozy ambience will make you forget the stress of everyday life!The house has 3 levels and is at the complete disposal of customers. On the first floor you will find a large rustic room, partly with stone walls and arches, where you will find the kitchen, the dining room with fireplace and wood stove, a double bedroom and a bathroom. This area is not connected to the rest of the house from the inside. On the 1st floor, accessible only by an external staircase, there is a kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. From here an interior staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ideal starting point to visit the charming cities of Lucca (15km), Pisa (25km), Florence (75km) and nearby Versilia with its sea and marble quarries!
