The house is situated in a place of absolute beauty at the foot of Mount Sparagio up about 1110 m is the highest point of the province of Trapani, a short walk from the castle of Baida, built on a small elevation overlooking the modern village of Balata Baida.
Lovely little house for those who love the sea, nature, art and comfort thanks to its strategic location allows you to reach in 5 minutes the bay of Guidaloca, Scopello and the fascinating Zingaro Nature Reserve and in half an hour you can visit San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani and the Egadi. Also you can reach Segesta with its wonderful greek theater of Segesta and spas where you can enjoy a hot bath of well-being.
The villa has a private garden, with a beautiful veranda, barbecue and pizza oven; it also contains a built-in kitchen with oven, microwave, iron, refrigerator, washing machine and TV with a cozy living room and a bathroom; the bedroom is in a loft where there is a room with two beds and a double room from here you can see through a large window a beautiful view.
A few steps from the house there is a riding that allows you to go for walks in the mountains and along the coast of Scopello; for lovers of good food there are typical restaurants and excellent pizzerias.
To reach the house is coming from Falcone Borsellino Vincenzo Florio that the output is Castellammare del Golfo, arrived in the country you can contact the owner who will take you on the spot.

La casa dei sogni....
Perchè????? Credevamo che non esistesse invece dopo esserci stati e aver potuto gioire di tutte le bellezze che ci hanno circondato in questa vacanza possiamo dire che la casa dei sogni esiste veramente e con essa anche la fantastica vacanza che ci ha accompagnati.
All'inizio la nostra scelta tra tutte le proprietà della gentilissima e straordinaria signora Anna era caduta su un bellissimo attico nel complesso Arcobaleno a Castellammare del Golfo. Poi abbiamo optato per questa incantevole villetta alle pendici della montagna dotata di ogni possibile e inimmaginabile confort dentro e fuori!!!
Non potete immaginare le enormi attenzioni che la signora Anna ha scrupolosamente adottato per rendere la permanenza nella villa il più gradevole e fantastico possibile.
Siamo stati accolti da una cortesia disarmante e da una geniale e perfetta architettura studiata in ogni minimo dettaglio.
Massima pulizia e cura negli accessori in dotazione, perfetta rispondenza alla descrizione oltre ogni aspettativa.
Posizione strategica per visitare tutte le spiagge e le bellezze di questa meravigliosa terra.
Dopo una giornata di mare, il relax che dona questo posto è straordinario assieme alla brezza che rinfresca le calde serate siciliane.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Anna che considera i suoi ospiti come degli amici.
Ci mancano tantissimo le serate passate nella veranda a guardare le stelle dopo aver gustato ottime grigliate.

Come sentirsi a casa nonostante i 1500 km di distanza? Beh basta andare ad alloggiare nella villetta di Anna e Giuseppe. Abbiamo trovato una casa molto accogliente e pulita. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e cordiali. Siamo stati proprio bene, la casa è completa di tutti i comfort anche più del previsto. La posizione è stupenda, la location è molto rilassante e volendo girovagare per la Sicilia i percorsi sono molto comodi e a portata di mano. Vale la pena di provare!!!! Difficilmente si trova una casa vacanza così ben dotata. Bravi e complimenti ancora per il vostro buon gusto. Grazie per l'accoglienza e per le premure che ci avete riservato sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Mariangela Gianni Francesca Elena Matteo.

We had a lovely 10 day stay in this beautiful house. It is nicely located in the middle of the beautiful mountains, surrounded by sheep and cows. Still it was also near some stunning beaches (12 minute drive) and the town center (20 minute drive). The house was comfortable and had everything you needed. Anna and her family were incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in case we needed anything. They like to become friends with the guests that are staying in their house and would sometimes spontaneously come by to see if everything was alright. It was a wonderful stay and we will miss the peaceful environment, the gorgeous view and Anna's warm, hospitable personality so much!
