Nothing.. All good and perfect

The room was spacious, it had everything we needed king sized bed, unsuited which included a bath with an extra shower nozzle. There was a bar fridge with a small freezer compartment, two windows with views of the pool and front street, air con, hand space, safe and extra desk area with large mirror idea for doing make up or hair at. The room was serviced daily, its close to shops, and shopping centres and we found the location idea for us. My wife was unwell, and Sandy on the front desk was able to help us to organise to get to the local medical clinic for assistance. Her English was very good, and she organised the driver to take us. The man that cleaned our room daily, was very good to us and our room was left immaculate after each visit. He was very friendly and was able to speak English. She also gave us some tips on local places to visit while in Bangkok. Happy hour was a regular occurrence which is so good for travellers. The buffet breakfast was a must, everything is fresh and coffee is available from the coffee machine. It's a handy location to buses, trains and grabs. All staff were friendly, polite, very courteous, clean and professionally presented. We are breakfast at the buffet, sampled lunch in the bar and had a couple of dinners in the restaurant. Everything was clean, good variety and tasty. We highly recommend Cross Vibe for your next visit to Bangkok. We know it's on our Bucket List for our next visit. 10/10 A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

There was nothing not to like.

Good location near BTS On Nut Station. Facilities (Gym, Onsen, Pool) are well maintained. The staff was friendly in general.

Had to change rooms 3 times during the stay. This was managed poorly. First room had a strange smell, second room was about 15m2 (28m2 deluxe room booked) and there was no room up to standard available on this day. Neither a discount nor anything else was given by the staff to compensate for the downgrade. The third room (on day 2) was as described on booking.com .
