Location being very close to BTS couldn't have been better. Everything was great really, but the breakfast buffet was excellent as was the pool and spa area. Staff all around the hotel were friendly and helpful and Jass bar was a great place to relax over drinks and nibbles. We had a junior suite, and it was excellent value for money.
I would suggest having a "make up my room" card for the door would have been handy. Maybe a display in the foyer showcasing some local attractions would have been nice too.

1) Location right at bts station.
1) Breakfast quality was bad.
2) Room is dated.
3) Washing machine only wash, no drying function.
