The property was new and clean. Everything in the room worked correctly and the rooms are actually spacious!
The staff was lovely, they helped us when we needed and they were really pleasing.
If you wanna visit the most important places in Bangkok, then this location is a little bit far. Close to the BTS On Nut, during the night it might take up to 50 minutes to reach the accommodation back from the center. 25 minutes by train from Siam and 40/45 min from Bangkok old town.

Modern hotel with good size rooms. Clean rooms. Close to shops and metro station. Close to airport.
The suite need noise isolation as it face main road. Breakfast options are limited. The hotel downgraded my room without refund and inforced me to take twin room with extra bed, while my booking was one bedroom suite. Suites have noise issues.

I went to the GYM and after trying alot the Air Conditioning was not working at all. Then I picked the Intercom to call at the reception, but the phone was also not working. Then after few tries, I left the gym and went to the reception for complain and after that I dont know if it is fixed or not because i never went back.
