The location was right in the centre of Old Town. There were no stairs to climb to get to the property but there were internal stairs.

We were warmly welcomed and shown not only the apartment features but also given tips on finding reasonable daily supplies in the midst of a tourist-level expense of a city. The bedroom separation from the sofa/kitchen/bath allowed for privacy for all family members. When we walked out the main door, we were in the midst of Dubrovnik, just steps away from Stradun. The location does not get more conventient for tourism than that.
The kitchen was minimally-furnished. I made instant coffee in the morning and stashed fruit in the small fridge. Since there were restaurants just steps away -- actually, an excellent one directly out the door -- we really didn't need multiple glasses, cups, plates, etc., but for those who may have wanted to prepare foods, a bit of a stretch.

The host Mia/Maya was very nice and accommodating. The location was central and what we were looking for - but just know that it is a very noisy area, so if you are a light sleeper, this isn't the place for you. The accommodation was modest, but all the basics were supplied.
Communicating with one of the hosts was not good. We were initially told that we would be assisted with our bags up the narrow, steep steps, but the onsite host wasn't aware and had to get assistance from a waiter from the restaurant outside. Also when we contacted the property to ask some follow up questions, including best place for a driver to pick us up, we did not get a response. Although my bed was fine, my friend said hers was uncomfortable.
