schönes Haus mit Pool
Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern und eine Einzelperson. Das Haus bietet auch für so viele Personen genügend Platz. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, ohne Mängel und sehr sauber. Der Garten bietet auch für Aktivitäten viel Platz und der Pool ist Gross und bietet allen eine gute Erfrischung. Paola ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin und ist immer Unterstützend da. Wir können das Haus nur wämstens empfehlen und werden gerne selber nocheinmal zurückkehren.

Toller Familienurlaub, wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin
Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa Luna verbracht. Obwohl wir mit sechs Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern eigentlich ein Gast zu viel waren, hatten wir bequem in dem großzügigen und sehr liebevoll ausgestattenen Haus Platz: die stets freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin Paola hat kurzerhand in dem Einzelzimmer ein zweites Klappbett dazugestellt (hatte prima Platz) und so gab es ein weiteres Doppel (Kinder-)zimmer. Drei schöne Bäder sorgen dafür, dass es morgens keinen Stau gibt. Die Gastgeberin wohnt direkt nebenan (hinter einer mit einer Lorbeerhecke abgetrennten Terrasse) in einem kleinen Häuschen, ist aber sehr diskret, sie kümmert sich täglich um den Pool - wir haben ihr auf ihre Bitte hin dabei täglich geholfen, den Putzroboter im Wasser zu platzieren, was absolut kein großer Aufwand ist. Der Garten ist riesig, bietet schöne Schattenplätze und viel Platz zum Fußball- und Federballspielen. Auch der Pool ist großzügig und macht viel Spaß, er ist groß genug, um darin ein paar Züge zu schwimmen. Es gibt eine Menge Liegen, Sonnenschirme und bequeme Liegestühle, so dass man stets ein schönes Plätzchen findet. Auch die Essbereich im Freien sind großzügig bemessen, wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse und das Frühstück im Freien sehr genossen. Das Haus hält absolut, was die Fotos versprechen, alles war sehr sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle und sehr individuelle Einrichtung, die sich deutlich von dem abhebt, was man üblicherweise in Ferienhäusern vorfindet, z. B. der tolle handgearbeitete Tisch im Wohnzimmer, ein echtes Schmuckstück. Um zumindest eine klitzekleine Kritik anzubringen: ein paar Wein- und Proseccogläser in der Küche wären schön. Die Kommunikation lief für mich problemlos, da ich italienisch spreche und auf diese Weise vermutlich besonders viele Tipps bekommen habe. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke an Paola!

Casa posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla circondata dai campi con qualche altra casa nelle vicinanze quindi isolata ma non dispersa.
Il mare ed il paese a pochi chilometri con tutti i negozi necessari.
La casa e confortevole e molto pulita.
Uno splendido giardino circonda la bella piscina.
Il giardino, la piscina, le pergole esterne consentono di sfruttare in tutte le situazioni la fantastica location esterna,

Splendido soggiorno
Mi fa piacere lasciare un commento sul soggiorno presso la villa di Paola Sirignano, che è stata per noi un ospite straordinariamente gentile e accogliente, fornendoci tempestivamente di tutto ciò che serviva, e dandoci l’impressione di essere quasi a casa nostra.
La villa è molto spaziosa, consentendo a tutti noi (eravamo in sette) di godere degli spazi e dei servizi senza mai sentirci “stretti”. Estremamente curata la pulizia e la dotazione della casa e degli spazi esterni, e una lode speciale per la bellissima piscina, dotata di un robotino che assicura quotidianamente la pulizia del fondo e delle pareti della vasca.
Avevamo scelto questa villa considerando le incertezze legate alla pandemia, per poter trascorrere in casa, se necessario, anche molto tempo. Per fortuna i contrasti sanitari alla pandemia hanno permesso di muoverci per città e borghi delle Marche, che sono veramente bellissimi. Gli scorci di quel paesaggio collinare rimangono impressi nella memoria e lasciano dentro il desiderio di tornare, magari nella stessa residenza, alla quale diamo il massimo della valutazione.

Zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde. Strategica rispetto a luoghi da visitare e per andare al mare. La piscina è favolosa. Parco grande, in sicurezza. Signora Paola Luisa disponibile e discreta. Consiglierei il soggiorno.

Settimana di pace e tranquillità
Il soggiorno presso Villa luna è stato molto piacevole. La signora PaolaLuisa è gentilissima, discreta e molto disponibile. Ottima accoglienza, caffè, bibite, vino e merendine per i più piccoli. La Villa è bella e confortevole, molto pulita e con cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale. Il giardino è grande e davvero ben curato, la piscina stupenda e sempre pulita con cura. Siamo stati davvero molto molto bene.

Ottimo soggiorno per una vacanza rilassante da passare in famiglia
Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questa location.. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa la signora Paolaluisa ci ha riservato un ottima accoglienza con tanto di bottiglia di vino all'arrivo... Sempre disponibile e mai invadente.... Giardino con piscina fantastico e attrezzato di ogni comfort, più bello ancora di sera con tutte le luci accese.. Consigliato per chiunque voglia godersi il mare per poi fare ritorno in una bellissima casa accogliente immersa nel verde a soli 4 km dal lungomare. Grazie ancora e alla prossima se ci sarà occasione

Casa bellissima
La casa è stupenda molto pulita e ben tenuta. Bellissimo giardino con piscina che ci siamo goduti tantissimo. Abbiamo fatto anche il bagno in notturna con piscina illuminata di vari colori. La proprietaria è stata perfetta molto discreta e sempre disponibile. Nella casa non manca nulla. Avevamo anche il cane è tutto recintato quindi abbiamo potuto lasciarlo libero senza problemi. Il nostro è stato sicuramente un soggiorno piacevole.

Vacanza di famiglia
Siamo stati accolti molto cortesemente dalla signora Paola. Il giardino si presenta con un colpo d'occhio notevole e la piscina è veramente bella e ben attrezzata. La casa è ampia e comoda per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane veramente piacevoli, via dalla pazza folla. È proprio la casa che cercavamo.La signora Paola è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità si presenti. Grazie per la bella vacanza.

Sehr schöner Urlaub trotz einiger kleiner Mengel
Zu allererst ist zu vermerken, dass dem riesen Garten in der Anzeige nicht Genüge getan wird. Dieser war wirklich sehr schön. Paola war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Generell hat uns der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Die Kinder kamen dank des grossen Pools sehr auf ihre kosten.
Anzumerken gilt es jedoch:
1. Ein Schlafzimmer, und zwar das eine im OG (mit 140cm Bett). hat eine kleine Klimaanlage, die es nur schafft, dieses eine Schlafzimmer zu kühlen. Die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer, sowie der Wohn, Ess und Kochbereich sind ungekühlt. Somit war bei Aussentemperaturen von 32+ Grad auch die Innentemperatur relativ hoch.
2. Wegen Corona, konnten wir erst Nachmittags gegen 4:30 einchecken, dies ist jedoch sehr verständlich.
3. Dank des grossen, schönen Gartens gibt es viele Insekten. Ca. 5 Ameisenvölker leben in direkter Nähe zum Haus und auch mit täglichem Fegen ist es unmöglich, die Ameisen fern zu halten.
4. Auf dem Gelände steht noch ein kleines weiteres Haus, in dem die Vermieterin Paola wohnt. Dies ist direkt 3m vom Hauptaussenbereich entfernt. Da Paola sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist, ist dies nicht weiter sclimm, jedoch ist somit das Haus nicht "privat". Da jemand fremdes eben auch da ist. Paola kommt jeden morgen um den Pool instandzuhalten (reinigen etc.) und ist abends an manchen Tagen am Fernsehen.
Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, und ich denke, wenn die Beschreibung noch ergänzt wird, und man sich bei Buchung über vor allem Thema 1 und 4 im Klaren ist, dieses Anwesen auch gut 5 Sterne verdient.

Fijn huis met fantastische tuin met zwembad
Een fijn huis met 7 slaapplaatsen (3 dubbele bedden, 1 enkel), ideaal voor 6 personen. Grote tuin met fantastisch zwembad. Paolaluisa verzorgt het zwembad dagelijks. Alles schoon en goed verzorgd. Mooie omgeving met vlakbij het strand en veel leuke stadjes. Echte aanrader!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Gli spazi esterni e interni si presentano ben curati e originali. La piscina è spettacolare anche la sera quando è illuminata con effetti di luce. La proprietaria che pernotta nella dependance di fronte alla piscina è cordiale, disponibile e molto discreta.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison. Le jardin avec la piscine est superbe. La propriétaire est très aimable et discrète (nous n'avions pas compris qu'elle vivait dans le jardin de la propriété).

Two lovely weeks
We had different guests staying with us (with children) over the two weeks we stayed in the house. They all were happily surprised by the nice pool, standard o the house and not least the hospitality of Signora Paola. At several occasions we combined a day at the pool with an afternoon at the beach. The house kept rather cool in spite of high temperatures. Lovely in all senses!

We had an Italian family come visit and they were very impressed with the property. Signora Paola was very helpful with any queries about the house or any problems we had. The first day we stayed there was a Festa in Corva which we attended. There was an amateur talent show of singing reciting and dance. I love the inclusive nature of Italy, the children went down to the stage and got involved. The young family visited Oltremare and San Marino and also spent time with Italian friends in Corinaldo. Our friends brought our golf clubs and we played golf at Connero. A lovely course but do take a buggy in the hot weather especially if you play 18 holes. It was wonderful to be back in Italy and we would love to come again. We mostly ate at “home” at the outside patio area with numerous tables and chairs and shade. Didn’t bring much luggage as you can wash and iron, no problem drying clothes! The weather was very hot, as you expect in August, and the downstairs bedrooms could have done with some air conditioning. However I realise that for most of the time this wouldn’t be necessary. I would come again, out of the hottest period. We have made some lasting memories here. The outside lighting at night in the garden and pool was magical. A great success for everyone.

Erholsamer und entspannter Sommerurlaub
Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern 2 Wochen zu Gast in der Villa Luna. Haus, Pool und Garten halten was die Bilder im Internet versprechen. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation fand allerdings oft mit Händen und Füßen statt, da wir kein Italienisch sprechen und die Gastgeberin kein Deutsch und nur wenig Englisch. Das Haus ist sehr weitläufig und war ausreichend groß selbst für so viele Leute. Es gibt 3 Doppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer und oben eine Schlafcouch. Großer Luxus waren auch die drei schönen Badezimmer jeweils mit Toilette und Dusche bzw. Badewanne. Alles war gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Im Garten gibt es jede Menge bequeme Liegen und genügend Schattenplätze für alle. Einem Pausentag am Pool, der wirklich riesig ist, steht nichts im Wege. Einziges Manko für uns war das sehr stark chlorierte Poolwasser. Alle Kinder hatten im Laufe der 2 Wochen immer wieder Probleme mit der Haut. Auf unsere Bitte hin verzichtete die Vermieterin allerdings bereitwillig auf ein Nachchloren in der zweiten Woche.
Wir haben unserern Aufenthalt sehr genossen und finden alle 8, dass die lange Anreise sich gelohnt hat.

wahnsinnig erholsam, super schön, sehr zuvorkommende Hauseigentümerin
Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub in der Villa in Sant Elpidio gemacht. Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern. Lange haben wir nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft gesucht und letztlich weiß man es dann doch erst vor Ort, ob es die richtige für einen ist. Schließlich mussten wir uns irgendwann für eine entscheiden und wir hatten die Villa im Internet gefunden. Der einzige Haken für uns - Anreise mindestens 10 Stunden. Das ist viel für 1 Woche - aber wir wollten trotzdem! Ich kann nur sagen: Bin ich froh, daß wir da Urlaub gemacht haben, die doch sehr lange Anreise wurde mit einer extrem schönen Villa, einem supersauberen Pool und einem Traumgarten belohnt!!!!! Es hat nach Ankunft keine halbe Stunde gedauert und wir waren alle im Pool. Wir fanden es alle noch schöner, als die Bilder das eigentlich auch schon versprechen. Die Signiora Paola ist sehr zuvorkommend, immer um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Der Pool ist zwar ziemlich chlorhaltig, dafür aber supersauber! Signiora Paola bewohnt das Nebengebäude, war aber letzlich eigentlich nur von Spätnachmittag bis morgen anwesend - insofern ist man hier auf dem großen Grundstück eigentlich alleine! Der Weg zum Meer mit dem Auto gute 3,5 km - also überhaupt kein Problem! Da es allerdings Berg ab geht, ist ein Auto erforderlich! Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind ausreichend vorhanden - alles erforderliche und noch mehr haben wir beim Lidl bekommen. Wir überlegen ja glatt, ob wir da nicht wieder hinfahren - trotz der für uns langen Anreise! Liebe Paola: Herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen & erholsamen Urlaub bei Ihnen! Wonderful Holiday Villa
This is a really lovely villa that gave us all we could want from a holiday in Italy.
There is plenty of space both in the villa and also within the garden and grounds. The pool was great and we were able to mix time between mornings at the pool and afternoons down at the beach. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away but the best option is to head to Porto San Giorgio beach just 15 minutes drive for a lovely sandy beach with restaurants and beach chalets.
The location is nicely set in from the coast and there is a mini supermarket and pizzeria 2 minutes away for when you want to eat at the villa.
There is air con in the first floor bedroom, but the ground floor rooms were cool so the kids slept fine and we were really thankful for the mosquito nets on all the bedroom windows.
The owner, Signora Paola, was very helpful, made us feel really welcome and was happy to help with any queries whilst giving us our own privacy to relax and fully enjoy the villa.

Casa e piscina molto belle, a pochi km dalle spiagge in sabbia. Paola, la padrona di casa, è molto gentile e disponibile. Ideale per una vacanza coi nostri bambini.

We can only recommend this beautiful place with it's pleasant owner Mrs Sirigniano... calm in the Background but always there if we needed help. Like it should be. Nice house, big and clean ( She cleaned it every morning ) Swimming pool and a huge garden with Palm trees.

It's huge! and the pool big enough to swim laps. The bedrooms are all good. The kitchen could use some more stuff for cooking, but we where still able to cook every night we stayed in the house.
We had two great weeks in Italy and enjoyed staying in Paola's house a lot!

An Exellecent Summer House
Paolo, the owner and host, lives in the small pool house. She was very helpful during our stay. Her house is large with four bedrooms. The inside is solid, but the prime thing is the pool and garden. It's huge! and the pool big enough to swim laps. The bedrooms are all good. The kitchen could use some more stuff for cooking, but we where still able to cook every night we stayed in the house.
We had two great weeks in Italy and enjoyed staying in Paola's house a lot!

una settimana meravigliosa
abbiamo soggiornato nella villa una settimana. eravamo in sei e tutti con esigenze diverse. un posto splendido che ha fatto scordare anche il caldo di quei giorni. La villa è provvista di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. fresca, pulita, comoda. Viaggiamo spesso prenotando in questo modo, e finora non abbiamo mai avuto occasione di lamentarci, ma qui il livello è assolutamente un' altra cosa. La signora Paola è stata un' ospite squisita, gentilissima e assolutamente disponibile. Il mare è meraviglioso. Ci vuole l' auto ma ne vale la pena. Alle 8 mega bagno di un' ora e mezza e poi si tornava a casa. Ma con quel giardino e quella piscina, utilizzabile anche di notte, chi aveva più voglia di muoversi? Assolutamente, caldamente consigliato.

schönes Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend
Wir haben mit vier Personen zwei Wochen im Juli in der Villa verbracht. Sie ist geräumig und geschmackvoll mit teilweise antiken Möbeln eingerichtet und auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl. Von der Dachterrasse aus sieht man über Sonnenblumenfelder hinweg das Meer.
Der Garten ist groß und vielfältig bepflanzt, leider auch bei Mücken sehr beliebt. (Mückenschutz nicht vergessen!)
Der Pool ist perfekt zum Schwimmen und super gepflegt durch die Eigentümerin Frau Siriano, die zeitweise das Gästehaus auf dem Grundstück bewohnt.
Sie kümmert sich sehr freundlich um alles und ist immer erreichbar, wenn man mal Fragen oder Probleme hat. Sie gibt auch gerne Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, Stränden oder Restaurants.
Alles ist in weigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, das Auto ist allerdings notwendig. Es kann auf dem umzäunten Grundstück sicher und schattig geparkt werden.
