Bene ma non benissimo.. Villaggio con enormi potenzialità non sfruttate al meglio

Villaggio ben tenuto, servizio di ristorazione buono. Alloggio superior con bellissima veranda.

Pulizia dell'alloggio purtroppo precaria. Filtri del climatizzatore intasati ed impregnati dalla sporcizia. Asciugamani forniti con aloni non puliti perfettamente. Fornitura cambio lenzuola pagata 25 euro (uno matrimoniale ed uno singolo) senza servizio di riassetto letti quindi ci si deve arrangiare. Alloggio lodge superior con tre camere ma con spazi molto ristretti, due bagni senza bidet.

Buon potenziale, villaggio molto interessante.

Villaggio molto curato, attrezzato di tutto e soprattutto pulito. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nei bungalow a 2 passi dal mare, dotato di ogni comfort (tranne che di biancheria letto se si vuole a pagamento, tovaglie e phone). Il mare davvero a 2 passi e molto vicino il resto dei principali servizi quali ristorante, market e parco per bimbi. Purtroppo non abbiamo goduto dell animazione perché solo al nostro arrivo scopriamo che quella sarebbe stata l ultima animazione della stagione. Avvisarci prima sarebbe stato sicuramente un bene per noi che abbiamo scelto questo tipo di vacanze per intrattenere la nostra piccola. Prima di prenotare mi ero documentata tramite app del programma dei giorni di permanenza e dava ancora animazione, cosa che però non è successo.. peccato!

Purtroppo nonostante la buona proposta di ristorante, meno a la carta, buffet o pizza siamo rimasti delusi dal cibo. Primi piatti buoni ma antipasti/secondi da rivedere assolutamente! Peccato perché aver mangiato bene aggiunge una nota in più positiva del ricordo di una vacanza quasi perfetta.

Disappointing

the staff in the restaurant are very rude and disrespectful, the animation team often presented repetitive shows. they made a lot of noise without having fun. after 3pm everybody is coming to swimming pool directly getting out from sea(most probably) and its capacity is very limited, the pool is getting dirty and can see sand on the ground. the facility is not suitable for non-italian speakers. we did really struggle in communication. the wifi was very bad , in terms of bandwidth and coverage

OK for the money we paid. But not very entertaining for non-Italian speakers.

Location directly at a clean beach! Supermarket in the facility, with friendly staff!

Entertainment exclusively Italian, not for international guest who don’t speak Italian. Kids/teens groups exclusively Italian. Despite basketball field, tennis field, no possibility to rent the equipment. Archery advertised but not available. I can understand that many people enjoy anyway, but it’s not a place for non-Italian speakers.

A lot attractions for kids

No Wi-Fi in room .Only near the bar you can catch signal. I wrote before that the internet is very important for me. But 😢😢. The personal knows that problem, they can’t do anything.🤨. All attractions only in Italian language. No English!!!!. So. If you and your kids don’t know Italian better do not go this place. We left this club a04.08 at 17:00 before dinner. We ask staff maybe she can organise for my 3 kids some pizza to go, because we don’t plan stay for dinner and breakfast, but nothing ( she gives us adres of foodmarket😂👍🏻.

Heaven in Italy!

I traveled before seson so in the camping was small of turist :) Beautifull pleace next to sea! Lovely houses with a lot of plants around! :) Very good cottage equipment. Helpfull and friendly staff. I'm sure, I'm coming back soon!

Before season very early (in the evening) was closed gate to the beach. :( A small minus: no dishwashing liquid and a spong in the kitchen.

A nice stay if you don't want to stay outside the city

For a bike trip it was a really nice place to stay. The house was spacious, in a green area. The kitchen had some utensils, and a fridge. The house has a small terrace as well with a table and two chairs. There is also a clothes dryer that you can use. The bathroom is ok and was fully functional. There is a bar and a restaurant on site. There is another restaurant on a 10min walk on the beach. Also a big shopping mall can be reached in 10 min by foot. The breakfast at the local bar was good, and the coffee is great. The staff was very friendly.

I knew upfront but you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels. Also there are no garbage bags, dishwashing sponge or licquid. Luckily there was a roll of toilet paper. I guess they don't make a difference between short and long term stays. My House had almost no sunlight (it might be a great perk during summer but in May it would have been nice-to-have) while others facing the sun were not occupied. There is space for improvement/optimizations in these areas.

Good resort right at the beach with a lot of entertainment

Located directly at the sea, this is the ideal place to walk straight from your bungalow to your beach bed (don’t forget to book and pay that separately) and the beach bar. A nice swimming pool is a big plus, with the beautiful Marche region just around the corner. Perfect with kids and a lot of entertainment. The bungalow that we rented was very clean and right at the beach, with sea view - which was wonderful.

We considered the animation a bit too much. The team is very friendly and working hard to make you feel welcome (even as a non-Italian speaker), but between 9.30h and 0.00h it is difficult to avoid everything going on, while we prefer a bit more tranquility during our holidays. On top of that the resort is located next to a railroad which is very noisy, even at night. Also, we think they could have made more out of the restaurant, a bit fancier than it is today. Lastly, the swimming pool was in need of some maintenance, especially the water slides did not feel too safe.
