They had everything you’d need plus some. We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed our stay! My kids had a blast with the games downstairs and there was plenty of sleeping room. The only thing that was a negative for us was the sheets/blankets. They were super thin and during this time of year it was really cold at night. But other than that I have no complaints. I’d definitely book here again! 😊

The house was clean and cozy. It was well equipped, we did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed there, there were plenty of towels and blankets available. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Everything was great, the kiddos loved having their own space to sleep and play downstairs. The deck was awesome! Very well stocked with most things you need. The fridge however really sucked and we ended up leaving most perishables in the ice chest.

The deck is wonderful, and we liked the cabin and the neighborhood. The microwave did not work, and the refrigerator leaked some water from underneath the appliance, but otherwise a great place to stay.

Stay was ok… the first night we couldn’t figure out how to get the smoke from the wood burning stove on the bottom floor to vent outside. I had to research how to fix this on my own since I didn’t get a response from anyone at the management company. The deck had piles of snow on it and caused the down stairs to leak from the ceiling the whole trip. The first time we took a shower in the upstairs bathroom it flooded the whole bathroom and out into the hallway carpet. Couldn’t use the bathroom, kitchen, or washer upstairs because of it. The property manager did respond to this issue right away, had the maintenance out after hours to try to fix it but they weren’t able to fix the problem. They did move us to a different house for our last night and helped get our truck unstuck from the driveway. Thankfully for that. Overall I would say we did not have a good experience staying at this property. The new house we moved to was great no complaints about that place.

The front bedroom has a ceiling fan but if it’s on the light remains on so we unscrewed the lightbulb just to have the fan on because it was 80* and too hot to sleep!! The fan remote doesn’t work! The couches old and smell.. a cabin for 10 but you only get 5 bath towels. The game/kids room was cooler but the foosball and shuffleboard tables were broken. Then on our last day there was a power outage at 8am. We called and local management stated it was prescheduled and insisted we had to leave by 10am!!!! It left us with having to pack wet laundry and we were in the middle of making breakfast so we had to throw our breakfast away!!!
We should have been informed of this prescheduled power outage so we could have had a choice to rent the cabin on Monday to Wednesday instead of Monday to Thursday!!!! Rip off!!! Will not be returning to this place. Owners seem to not care about quality vacation since they don’t and won’t up keep this home.

It was so disgusting I couldn't believe it slept on the couch and recliner it was midnight so had no choice plus kids were asleep vacassa did refund cleaning fee and booking fee .The point is it was so unsatisfactory and disappointing that the cleaning crew missed that didn't care

This property had a great, large deck and the game room downstairs was nice. Those were the Pros. The Cons, however we’re: only 5 spoons and 100 forks, very dirty carpet, a broken screen door, the windows had plastic coverings, so when we opened them, they weren’t actually open (I’ve never seen this in my life) because of this the upstairs bedroom was over 80 degrees , the toilets clogged 50% of the time, the couch was slightly broken… not worth the money. There are many other properties out there that are a similar price and waaaayyyyyyy nicer. Do not stay here, unless major changes are made. Trust the reviews. With the money the owners make on this property, they should really consider updating many aspects of this home.

The only good thing about this place was the deck, very beautiful setting. Downstairs was not used much due to many huge 1.5-2” spiders, even after having a cleaning on our second day. The downstairs shower had no shower head. Many lamps throughout house did not work. Worst part was the mice droppings in the kitchen drawers, silverware and utensils, and under kitchen sink. We did reach out to Vacasa regarding downstairs cleaning and were very grateful they came out to clean again, although at bedtime there were 6 large spiders around and above bunk beds. Was also told it is expected to have spiders and rodents in mountains.... yes to a certain degree I understand that, but upon cleaning properly prior to each guest arrival, I feel the mice droppings could have been nearly invisible, and perhaps a pest control spray as well prior to arrivals. We will be visiting urgent care upon arrival at home due to a spider bite that is about a 2” diameter on my daughters leg. Could not wait to leave here, would not recommend.
