The location is superb as it is located right next to a bus stop (which is also directly connected to the airport). It is also near most of the national monuments in the area.
That when wanting to make a modification to my stay, booking rejected it. However the receptionist was understanding and escalated it and came to a very fair agreement

For what the property, the business is meant to be, it is a very good location, very central, the room is OK, not super large, and the bed was comfortable.
No specific dislikes. There was a certain incident as we were leaving. We already ordered a UBER when they said that they also offer taxi services. They said it was better to take it from them because there was a marathon going on and the UBER driver won't be able to drive to the hotel since the streets were closed, but their driver could. We went on and cancelled the UBER, and I think they even charged us about $6 for cancellation (that was what the receptionist said, and I have not yet checked that), and we paid more for their own taxi service. Do to the fact that we had in our group an elderly person who could not walk good and far, we went with their service, even though it was about $10 more. But when the time came to leave we realized that what we were told it was not true. Their driver could also not drive us from the hotel, and we had to walk a couple of blocks to meet their taxi, and, of course, we ended paying more, as I already said.

They are renovating so maybe it can be a little messy but they are keep always clean and without so much noise. My room was a junior and it was perfect for me alone, very big, always clean, the people who did room services were kind. My father also travel and got the same jr suite, but the bathroom floor was still on reparations. The location is like 4 streets away from Palacio de Bellas Artes or Torre Latinoamericana. There is a bus stop just outside. The street is noisy for being the electronics and music street, but they close early so I could sleep pretty well.
One of the elevators is a bit old so sometimes it felt like I was going to get locked in, but anything happens. I supponse that for a person who has claustrophobia or is afraid of elevators I recommend to not use that one. The hotel has two elevators fortunately

Esta bien ubicado al centro, el desayuno es abundante y rico. El cuarto es comodo. El personal de la mañana fue amable y logró solucionar nuestras peticiones
