Friendly staff and a great location for us. We lived in the condo next door for years, so staying here felt like coming home and we know the area very well. For a first time visitor it is a little far from the BTS, but Grab is easy and the BRT is walkable. The hotel also runs a BTS shuttle (I thiink), though we never used it.
The family room was a great size, with two showers and two beds. The internet was fine and Netflix streamed with no problems from the Firestick we brought. Laundry on floor 4B is fine and housekeeping was excellent, with bottled water and coffee topped up every day. The pool is good, if a little cold since it sits in the shade. You can also use the condo pool next door, which is huge.
Tiny ants in the room and the decor is a little dated, but that is fairly normal in Thailand. For the price, it is absolutely fine.

Location is good, close to Patong beach.
When I arrived and asked a staff member for some information, I did not feel welcomed. The staff member was quite unfriendly. She usually works the evening shift. However, I would like to mention that the staff working in the morning were friendly and helpful.
There was also a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway, and the hallways were very dark. The toilet area was also quite dark. The ventilation system does not seem to work properly.
The swimming pool is only open until 6:00 PM, which we feel is too early. It would be much better if it stayed open until at least 10:00 PM.
Overall, we were not completely satisfied with our experience and would prefer not to choose this location again next time.
