Situated in Ann Arbor, this attractive house for $119 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Ann Arbor Guest House is located in the heart of Ann Arbor's Historic Kerrytown District. This exclusive and private residence is on the second floor of a approximately 170 year old home surrounded by antique perennials. We are across from Kerrytown Shops and Market and the famed Kerrytown Farmer's Market (open Wednesdays & Saturdays in season). The area is vibrant with life and activity. With the Kerrytown Concert House next door, classical and jazz music often escapes their confines and fills the Guest House! We renovated this Guesthouse in February 2018 and it is fresh and new and sparkly after being open since 2003. We have new paint, new carpet, new bed, new draperies and window coverings, new kitchen appliances and more! The charm of this house keeps regulars, such as parents of kids at U of M or those coming for football weekends coming back. It becomes their home away from home. We have housed many professors for short and extended stays or couples come to escape their work-a-day world in search of a little peace and quiet from the kids and a night on the town. We lovingly call this our "Love Nest"!

Nina was extremely responsive and helpful when I was planning the NYE trip, which required me to bring my small dog. The place was quaint and in a great location downtown.

Pros: we loved the close location to downtown, especially the farmers market on Saturday. Comfortable master bed, cute kitchen with lots of extras like coffee and tea. The AC units in the bedroom and kitchen helped keep the apartment cool on hotter afternoons. Cons: the bathroom is quite small without counter space and the shower had low pressure each day (we figured because it was an old house) and finally the last day we had zero shower pressure. Hopefully it can be fixed for the next guests. Overall a cute place in a great location which helped moving our daughter into college easier because of its proximity to campus. Thank you!

Amazing, amazing location with parking!! Literally right across the street from farmers market and Kerrytown shopping and easy walk to downtown restaurants and campus. Apartment is very comfortable. House is nearly 200 years old, as owner acknowledges, so some quirks, but a lovely stay. We loved Ann Arbor!!

It’s a cute apartment right in the heart of Kerrytown. Comes with a secure parking place and you can easily walk the city and campus. This was our 2nd stay here and I’m sure we’ll be back.

This house is in a great location to explore Kerrytown and the downtown. Walking distance to so many places. House was wonderful! Friendliest neighborhood I have ever visited. Make sure you read the instructions Nina sends about how to find the parking spot before you arrive. Great parking spot right behind the house, but it took a minute to find it.

The place was exactly as pictured, the host really thought of every little thing we might need, and the location was great. We were able to walk all around Kerrytown, to downtown Ann Arbor, and onto the U of Michigan campus. Lots of restaurant options for any diet.

I really enjoy my stay at this place. Best location in town right across the street from the Kerrytown shops and market. The house is well maintained and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again

The stay was perfect, check in was easy and the property owner talked me through my parking confusion and made sure we were settled into the apartment. The location is great, walking to restaurants and shopping. Our son lives about a mile away so this will absolutely be a return location for us.

Great apartment! Met all of our needs while we visited our son for a football game. Very comfortable, clean and you can’t beat the location. Walkable to downtown and the university, great restaurants across the street, as well as a small gourmet market, coffee shop, cute shops and a farmers market twice a week! Around the corner from Zingerman’s deli, too! Would stay here again!

Everything you might need to enjoy a couple of days or a couple of weeks in Ann Arbor. Host is very responsive to any questions, and can often help with early check-in. Very roomy for 2 people and could hold three if the office is used. Great restaurants right accross the street. Have stayed with this host every time we come to AA, and would surely stay with her again.

This is hands down the best stay we've had in Ann Arbor. Right across from Kerrytown and incredibly cozy, we woke each morning and walked to Zingermans to get phenomenal prosciutto pastries and coffee. A perfect getaway.

Cute place right in Kerrytown and great location with a designated parking spot. We had a great stay visiting our Michigan student for Thanksgiving and The Game. (Go Blue!) The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 on the cleanliness is it could use a new clean shower curtain liner. The owner was great with communicating and we would stay there again!

We had a wonderful experience staying for the long weekend. Location was perfect for Kerry town, downtown, and even the walk to the Big House. Accommodations were quaint, comfortable, cozy and exactly as described. Both Nina and Susan were stellar in their communications and responsiveness. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location is convenient to the University and the Main Street area. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Check in was very easy and Nina communicated with us regularly. The one suggestion would be to change the shower curtain, as it was a bit moldy, and bleach the shower/tub caulking. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our first trip to Ann Arbor along our road trip to & from PA! This place was a perfect location to walk to the downtown Kerrytown district and sight see at Univ of Michigan. We brought our small Pekinguese along and appreciated the dog friendly nature of this cute and quaint apartment! Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and lovely old home with lots of character. Thanks for hosting us!
