Interesting house in quiet neighborhood
Really interesting and comfortable house situated in a quiet neighborhood. It rained much of the time we were here so we didn’t get to use the balcony, but the interior was very attractively decorated. The host met us at the property and showed us around and helped with a small problem we had one evening. Parking is on-site. Highly recommend this house.

Puente Diciembre 2021
Nos hemos alojado en esta casa durante el puente de Diciembre de 2021. Comentar que a nuestra llegada la casa tenía solo 12 grados de temperatura (se debería haber acondicionado previamente como es lo habitual en una casa que lleva tiempo deshabitada) y con el temporal que ha hecho nos ha costado tres días que está llegará a 20 grados y teniendo los radiadores eléctricos y un calefactor de continuo puesto. Dicho esto, mi pareja y yo, ya de vuelta a nuestra casa, estamos sin salir de la cama porque no se nos va el trancazo. Además de esto, la vivienda no tiene luces en el exterior, ni en la terraza. También, indicar que entra agua en la misma a través de la ventana del baño (no os asustéis). Y no penséis que vais a ver el mar desde esa terraza tan estupenda que sale en las fotos…..el jardín está totalmente asalvajado y los árboles no se han podado en mucho tiempo….por lo que las vistas son eso, árboles.
Por otro lado la limpieza era correcta, al igual que el menaje en general y el detalle de la botella de sidra por la propiedad, punto a agradecer a Rocio y Fernando que son muy agradables, en contraposición del hecho que este último se personará en la la casa SIN AVISO PREVIO (es decir entro en la parcela y llamo a la puerta de la casa asustándonos), invadiendo nuestra privacidad, a horas impropias….Por cortesía le abrimos, por pura cortesía….
Por tanto, no recomendamos esta casa, muy lejos de cumplir las expectativas dado el precio que tiene y la falta absoluta de confort de la misma.
Nota: La casa es “sostenible” y tiene menciones en libros especializados, pero luego hay que pasar una noche en ella para corroborarlo, que los planos todo lo pueden…y si llueve (habitual en Galicia), descuidad que no vais a pegar ojo…la cubierta es metálica y por el tamborileó….aislante termo-acústico justito, justito.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Rocío y Fernando Han sido unos anfitriones estupendos, sus recomendaciones sobre la zona siempre excelentes. Se echa en falta más oscuridad en el dormitorio pequeño.

Estancia como en casa y en enclave tranquilo
Hemos pasado 5 días increíbles en la casa , Rocío se ha preocupado de tener todo a punto , muy limpio y con una botella de sidra de bienvenida . Que más se puede pedir , ideal si buscais paz y comodidad y también para las mascotas !! Nuestro perro se lo pasado en grande.

Leuk huis, maar geen zeezicht!
We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad in Galicie. De streek en omgeving zijn werkelijk fantastisch. Ook het huis op zichzelf is erg leuk, vrolijk en eigenzinnig op een positieve manier. Eenvoudig maar wel comfortabel. Schoon en netjes bij aankomst. Prima Wifi. Op loopafstand van Sanxenxo. Contact met de eigenaar verliep fijn. Echter er zijn ook wel een paar dingen die ons wat tegenvielen bij aankomst. Op de foto's via deze site is er duidelijk zeezicht. Inmiddels zijn de bomen echter zo groot gegroeid dat van zeezicht echt geen sprake is, helaas. (de foto's op de site moeten erg oud zijn). Dus op terras genieten van het uitzicht is er niet bij, je zit tussen de bomen. Dit vonden we echt erg jammer. Verder is op de foto's ook niet te zien dat het huis is ingeklemd tussen twee wegen die best druk zijn. Dus we vonden het niet echt rustig en moesten erg wennen aan het verkeer, recht onder de veranda. Het wil niet zeggen dat we geen fijne vakantie hebben gehad, in tegendeel. Het is op zichzelf een fijn huis in een prachtige streek. Maar we hadden het gewaardeerd wanneer de beschrijving van het huis hierin nauwkeuriger en vollediger was geweest.

Urlaub im Low Budget House
Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist von der Idee her interessant. Die Innenausstattung passend zum Low Budget Konzept, ist sehr einfach und mit wenig Komfort, besonders im Schlafzimmer und in der Küchenausstattung. Das Grundstück ist von zwei Straßen eingefasst- daher ist tagsüber immer Bewegung und der Meerblick in der Ferne ist leider durch den inzwischen sehr großen Baum vor der Terrasse nicht mehr vorhanden. Schade.

interessantes Haus, nette Vermieterin
Rocio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gleich mehrere, sehr wertvolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war sie jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus an sich ist gerade für Architektur-Affine sehr interessant, allerdings liegt es direkt an einer Straße und ist sehr hellhörig. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.
Von Sanxenxo an sich waren wir leider nicht begeistert, aber schöne Flecken sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Una gran estancia
La casa es tal como aparece en las fotografías: alegre, luminosa, cómoda y muy, muy original.
La terraza con vistas al jardín y al mar de fondo es estupenda. Da gusto comer allí y disfrutar de la naturaleza.
Lo mejor es la cercanía al pueblo. Se puede bajar dando un agradable paseo para ir a la playa o a cenar sin tener que coger el coche.
El jardín también es muy agradable. Fuimos con nuestra perra y el espacio está totalmente vallado, por lo que la sensación de seguridad es total.
Los dueños son encantadores. Fueron muy flexibles con los horarios de entrada y salida y nos explicaron todos los detalles de la casa con mucha amabilidad.
El wifi funciona perfectamente. No ocurre así en todas las casas de verano y nuestros hijos estuvieron encantados.
La casa está perfectamente equipada y muy limpia y cuidada.
Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Casa original con vistas al mar y muy bien situada, cercana a todos los puntos de interés turistico. Su dueña Rocío nos envio varias recomendaciones a cerca de lo que podiamos visitar.

La casa ideal para cuatro personas, pudimos llevar nuestro perro que se lo pasó genial. La propiedad tiene muy buena ubicación y preciosas vistas. Volveremos!

Das Haus hat alles , was man braucht !!
Von diesem Ort aus kann sowohl die schönen Strände auf O Grove ( Lanzada ) erreichen als auch die wunderbaren Lokale ( Pepe Vieira ) sowie die Sehenswürdigkeiten .
Und Rocio ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber , dem es wichtig ist , dass man sich wohlfühlt .
Es war wunderbar und wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder !!

Estancia genial
La casa era exactamente lo que nos esperábamos. Fuimos tres personas y no tuvimos ningún problema de espacio. La dueña fue muy amable al hacernos un par de favores que le pedimos. La casa está a unos 10 min andando del centro. Por ponerle alguna pega y eso que ya estábamos avisados es entra luz directa desde primera hora de la mañana, así que si no se quiere madrugar tendréis que llevaros un antifaz.

Maravillosas vacaciones
Pasamos cuatro noches en esta única y preciosa casa. Dos adultos y dos niñas pequeñas. La casa es muy amplia, muy cómoda y tiene todo lo que se te ocurra que puedas necesitar: menaje de cocina, libros, juegos, dvd's, puzzles, revistas...esta situada muy cerca de Sanxenxo pero al estar a las afueras es un sitio muy tranquilo. En los alrededores hay un montón de playas y pueblos preciosos para visitar. Nosotros tuvimos muy buena suerte con el tiempo pero tambien es verdad que alli existe un microclima, asi que casi casi que el sol esta asegurado. Fue una estancia perfecta. Muchas gracias Rocío.

Maison très agréable à vivre et très fonctionnelle, dans un beau quartier de Sanxenxo, tout près du centre mais en hauteur. L'accueil était parfait (lits faits, linge de maison fourni et, de façon générale, il ne manquait rien).
La maison est très lumineuse avec une belle vue, et la maison est parfaitement adaptée au climat (toujours frais la nuit, même en août)
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

MEJOR IMPOSIBLE
A la vista esta lo especial que es la casa, pero por profundizar... mejor que en las fotos! La terraza tiene unas vistas preciosas, es muy acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. A todo esto se le añade que permiten alojarte con tu mascota y la buena atención antes, durante y después de la estancia con los propietarios.
El entorno es muy bonito, destacaría combarro que esta muy cerquita y a guarda y bayona como imprescindibles para visitar. Ademas tuvimos la suerte de que nos acompañara el tiempo. Estamos encantados de nuestras vacaciones.
