A localização era boa. Limpeza era boa.

Os funcionários não eram simpáticos, não gostavam de ser incomodados. O pequeno almoço tinha pouca variedade de pão e frutas. O frigorífico do quarto estava avariado reclamamos e não solucionaram o problema. O cofre não tinha pilhas no primeiro dia e manteve-se sem elas até ao final da estadia. O interior do hotel estava muito bonito e limpo mas poderiam torná-lo mais atrativo com música, sempre alguém no bar, e com funcionários que mostrassem um sorriso e boa disposição. As senhoras dos quartos eram simpáticas e muito profissionais.
