Great facilities in the accommodation and fantastic host

Everything looked exactly as in the pictures, was well-maintained/ in excellent condition. The small pool was perfect for cooling off after a day spent exploring the city or the Dalmatian coast. The comfortable beds and quiet and powerful air-conditioning ensured a good night's sleep for everyone. The washer and dryer also proved very useful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe (the journey to the Old Town takes approximately 10-15 minutes by bus, with buses running every 10 minutes). The host was friendly and welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful (food in the fridge on arrival, bus tickets, booking of airport transfers, late check-out,...). Excellent all over!

First of all, Dijana our host was extremely helpful and super flexible with our arrival time. And the house was sublime in terms of comfort and equipment. It's perfectly located on the outskirts of Dubrovnik with convenient access by bus. All equipments are there and everything you could need is sorted out by the host, up to the wood for barbecue and cleaning of the pool every two days. If you're looking peaceful and high quality time in Dubrovnik with your family that's exactly the perfect spot.

Nothing that we couldn't appreciate, it was a sublime experience from the beginning till the end!

Accomodation at Villa Rose was awesome. Everything was clean, nice, functional, beds cosy, pool and ourside gril the best. Our host Dijana is awesome lady. She went extra mile to make us welcome and happy. There were little and not expected things that made our stay the best experience possible. She welcomed us with many useful info, basic food in the fridge like bread, butter, milk, water, fruit, bottle of wine and free bus tickets to get easily to city center. Also nearby restaurant bonaca is great. Dijana thank you for everything, we enjoyed our stay very much and we will come back once we are in Dubrovnik again.

The pool is perfect size, the outside area is lovely and sociable. It has a big bbq which can also be used as a fire and is so nice at night. The host also gave me and my friends wine and bus tickets on arrival and she was an exceptional host throughout. Couldn’t recommend staying here more.
