We stayed 5 nights here with friends and enjoyed our stay. Excellent location for enjoying the old town of Enna. Spacious, clean bedroom with comfortable bed and nice modern bathroom. Nice to have a kettle, coffee machine and fridge in the room. Good Wifi. This is a B&B, not a luxury hotel: do not expect hotel-like room service (e.g. nobody will make up your bed). Communication with Mario, the host, was via WhatsApp (not my favourite) but he was very responsive and helpful. Nearby recommended restaurant/pizzaria very good. Finding free public parking nearby (e.g. up by the castle) was fine during the evenings.
Parking during the day (particularly early afternoon) was very challenging some days. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Soundproofing is not great - we could listen in to several people's phone conversations from our bed.
We agree with others' reviews about the "breakfast", which is really a selection of packaged snacks/sweet cakes which we would not generally choose to eat; we would have given the room 5 stars on nearly every count if it had been advertised without breakfast and just with tea/coffee making facilities.

great view down to the valley - good location for processions and near central piazzas, bars and restaurants
a long walk from the bus station

Spectacular view from the balcony, host very helpful. Simple and clean place close to Palazzo di Lombardia.
Shower is a bit small and breakfast is very simple pre-packed.

The location is good, walking distance from the main attractions. Our room (3 bed room) was large. The room was clean, with the exception of the shower floor.
It is advertised with 'delicious breakfast', but that is completely misleading. All prefab, nothing fresh.
There was mold in the shower floor. This is not about cleaning, it's a type of mold that gets into the material. Luckily I had slippers with me. The shower was partly clogged.
The walls are thin, you you will hear your neighbors pretty well. It was noisy until they went to bed, luckily already at 22:30.
You can forget about having a nice view from the room. The pictures on booking.com are misleading. Perhaps from another room or balcony, but we were not aware or informed about it.
